No, giving a considerable chunk away would not be better than dilution. Though you don't know how much dilution there would be to start production if any. You also are adamant that that would be the best option but can not say how much return investors will get compared to mining it ourselves. So how do you know it will be the best option? What you mean is it will be the best option for you.
No, compare any company and product to sres and pozz e.g. GGP and gold capex to our capex. Name one that is cheaper than sres and pozz???
PJ I've not read all your post and replies so forgive me if someone has already said this. Don't pretend like you care for PIs with your banging on about share dilution, when you want us to have a JV. We all know about dilution, most of us have felt every one. You insult investors intelligence by assuming we don't know about them. Tell me how much return do you expect LTI to get from a joint venture after we've spent all this money and dilutions to get to this point compared to going into production ourselves? All our investment will be lost just so you can come in and make a quick buck on the backs of others.
Also you are criticising the capex needed to start production as a way to scare investors into selling. You are being disingenuous by omitting that with every mining company setting up there is expenditure and again insulting investors intelligence. You are just trying to scare investors into selling cheep so you can pick up cheep shares.
Tell me what other company and product has a lower capex than SRES with pozz?
Oh and no one doubts Sam's share amount as he's posted how much he has over the last 4 years. Go and do some more of your research if you have time to waste, after you've answered my questions first. Million X 4 would be 4 million not Million + 4 which is 1,000,004
I've not sat in here for years for it to get taken over just before we start making millions a year, For someone else to reap the rewards. It's not a FTSE100 share that only gets a big rise when there's a takeover bid.
Hi Dubliner. No I was not referring to your post. Some people have being saying they want PC to sell the rest of the projects to raise money for the CS project. We sold junction to VR for around £15k. So wouldn't raise much money at all for anything. Not after legal fees. Though don't get me wrong PC did get a very good deal on it but selling our other projects wouldn't raise much money and would leave us with all our eggs in one basket. Which I don't think is a good idea as TYM has just found out. I do apologise to comeonsres for calling him a name. I'm very sorry about that. Mineralex I now have 27 million. Thanks Lee B
Well done Rodster and Mick for averaging down. Comeonsres you are a fool. It's not for me or anyone else to tell you how to invest your money. Clearly sres was well over valued when it was 7-8p. Your first mistake was you bought in on a spike. Not PC's fault. Your second mistake was not averaging down. Most regular posters on here have been talking about averaging down over the years. Giving you a tip on what to do. You've failed to act on that. Again not PC's fault. Thirdly for the last 3 years that I know of you have been attacking PC with nearly every RNS. So you've done more to talk this share down as anyone. What do you think the consequences of you saying that the CS project is a dud and PC is going to dump it likely to be? Do you think that is going to raise the sp? Do you? Not only are you affecting your own investment with such lose talk you are affecting everybody else's too. I think you really need to re-evaluate your investing strategy and most of all your commenting of wild accusations. On a public forum. I'm not saying you can't criticise PC. I'm saying with this CS project there is nothing to criticise. Every RNS is more than good and he's given a clear outline of how and when the project will proceed. All you need to do is wait a little longer. Which gives us time to buy more shares when we can. At this low price. Also I've said it before and I'll say it again. PC has little say in the price of a share. That's down to the market makers.thats why the sp gets walked down on a placing, because that's how much the mm's are prepared to pay for them. So you're directing your anger at the wrong person and devaluing your investment at the same time. Well done.
"Production of a complete range of raw perlite products in coarse, medium and fine grades. This would require a more sophisticated fixed processing plant to be built on site. A preliminary plant design has been completed for permitting purposes. The permitting Plan of Operations will allow for all these possible processing options to give the Company maximum flexibility for initial production and future processing to additional and/or higher value products". I like this, adding in the permit plan to build a sophisticated fixed processing plant. This tells me that sres is in it for the long run and they're not going to sell out for a quick profit to a bigger company where the profits get swallowed up and the investors get bugger all. All looking good here £££
The 1,066,667 £1,600 trade @ 0.15 showing as a sell is my buy. As we know we're not going to be starting mining for around another 6 months yet, I personally think it was a mistake announcing the start of mining was going to be in 18 months time, it just killed any new investment. On saying that I don't mined if they save the news up a bit and start putting it out one after another from February in the run up to mining. To keep momentum going and building on the SP. it would be nice to know what's going on but it's not going to increase the SP putting out a bit of news, letting the SP drop again then putting out some more. Okay for traders maybe but not for long term investors. That's my opinion.
Yeah, they do share it, sres pays for it. Wow I'd not looked at the Mcap for a long while. I didn't realise we are now at £4.4 million and bigger than TYM. It was only a year ago we was around £1.5 million. For the most time sres has been trading TYM had a bigger Mcap. Good to see it higher lol. For the last 2 months we've had an RNS on the 3rd/4th of the month.
All though it says cost sharing. "Under this cost sharing agreement Tertiary provides all of the Company's administration and technical services". I am lead to believe by a poster in TYM Tertiary don't pay anything for their rent and admin. Sres pays for it all! Sickening that a smaller company has to pay for a bigger companies expenses.
We all knew we needed some money at some point to build the mine. There is no more drilling to be done, no more throwing money down the drain as far as I can see. They never raise money when the SP is high. I'm happy that it is now rather than in winter. When the SP could be lower because of no news and investors fearing a placing. We need to start building this mine before winter sets in because there won't be any building done at -15 degrees. Let's hope for another RNS in a couple of weeks announcing construction started.
Bsg4 not very long by the amount that have just been bought. I've just picked up another 1.285 million myself so only another 1.5m and I'll be back to where I was this morning lol. I was expecting this placing at the beginning of next year. With it being now. I'm hoping this means that the building of the mine and plant will be starting soon.
Getting a steady flow of buys coming in now. I expect this to increase over the next 6-8 months as people take their positions. Steadily increasing the SP higher and higher before mining starts. Two more riders and away we go lol
Yeah, knock yourself out lol. @CalDGS, http://www.bsc.ca.gov/
