Which goes back to my very first question to you. What exactly is your motivation to post here? By what you say it's implied your not invested here, so why are you expending time and effort detailing your thoughts in a public forum? That is the biggest issue I have. It's as if you want the share price to go down. Just answer this; why do you care? Can anyone confirm if this share can be shorted?

Boris can't make a bid until enough time has expired since his previous bid, so what do you mean by saying 'the clock is ticking?' Are you aware Boris attempted a takeover recently? I notice you weren't posting back then. Also, you said, 'if I was Boris I would rip it up and start again'. In other words, buy all the shares so he can 'rip it up?' Boris has supplied a source of funding to this company. In my opinion, he is not behaving or acting like he is going to purchase the rights of the company off administrators. Your entitled to your opinion of course, but your incredibly pessimistic and I disagree with pretty much everything you have said so far.

Wise words I believe. Bores didn't make his millions by letting companies of which he has vested interests fail. Thus I think it's reasonable to assume that he will eventually take the company over.
