it was not for nothing that back in the 60s Snooty was known as the "Count of Kool". On any Sunday during that heady summer of '69, near the Chelsea Drug Store on King's Road, Snooty could be seen grooving "hipster style" in his Mr Fish finery, together with the Fab Four, turning on, tuning in and dropping out, and sporting some gear dolly bird dressed in Biba on his arm. This was, of course, well before one encountered the Distaff, at which point youth ended, abruptly.
Naturally, this was also well before Mrs Leeson had a twinkle in her eye, denoting the imminent arrival of "Rosemary's Baby", who would eventually arrive to plague these pages!
