Don't know much about MEGA but here's an article about another recent deal, they are described as an Indian mining giant looking to develop assets in Australia

This is the trouble with people like Top Clown Car who drive to the front with horns blaring and lights flashing and shout "follow me" when they see which way the crowd is already heading - attracts a lot of attention but then they all want to jump lanes to next "big thing" before letting it play out for the real gains. I've always said I won't sell a penny until it gets back to Sheikh's buy in price of .25p which gives a reasonable MCap for our assets and I'm sticking to that. Loading up below .014p was an absolute gift

DL is a shameless promoter and I don't think I'd agree with him much on politics, he likes Musk and Trump and worse - but when it's in his interests I reckon he's the best man to get a good deal for all of us and that seems to be what he's done - we knew they could just go it alone and into production next year and my reading is they've received an offer too good to pass on from a major gold miner looking to secure the next "super pit" style mine - massive low grade deposit that will pay out for many years. It should provide us with a decent lump sum payout and income to support all the other projects

I'm thinking this explains the recent price action, MMs and possibly some in the know loading up cheap while keeping the price down, surely some TR1s are coming.
