My total holding ended up as 375,000 shares as I chickened out a bit before the suspension occured.

I agree with people on here that if Pinnacle don't complete the deal they would have wasted an awful lot of money.

I also think that they have to inform the stock market that they have very little money to operate with.

They are just following market regulations.
