"bEcAuSe YoU cAn'T RNS nEwS yOu DoN't HaVe!"
Christ, I think the market would be grateful to hear an RNS of Matt Bull farting through a walkie-talkie at this point.
37 trades already - more than a coincidence?
What do we think the chances of receiving some significant price-shifting news before the turn of the new year are here?
I'm starting to get the feeling early next year is looking more likely for financing etc now...
GLA
Agreed... the fact that the share-price is likely to fall below levels pre-mining license approval - the most significant de-risking event for this project to date - is an absolute disgrace. I know that the BOD can't say anything whilst negotiating finance but the fact is that they've known the project economics for years now so this should've been sorted many months ago at least. And I find the excuse of 'waiting for Kabunga to get out so he doesn't sell into the rise' pretty lame as with a falling share price such as this, any positive news will only get us back to where we were anyway. I'd rather have some rises where I could take a profit rather than drops which give a paper-loss and tie me up for even longer.
Hate to say it but this share is really beginning to grind me down after many months of singing its praises and I'm now starting to doubt the credibility of this company and its board. The opportunity cost of this lack of progress and communication is mounting by the day (not just for me but for each and every one of us). #MattBullOut
Matt Bull? More like Bull Crap
Without intending to throw any shade, can somebody please tell me if Matt Bull has ever take a company from explorer into production before? Has he worked at companies in the past (and had a large enough role) where he would have learned the rules of the game and the various steps involved in the process? Or is this his first time?
Done some brief scanning online which only seems to suggest he has experience in an EXPLORATION role (i.e. managing drill teams etc.) and not a PRODUCTION role. Likewise, I can't seem to find any evidence to suggest he has ever been involved in taking a company from exploration into a fully fledged ore producing mine.
Hopefully I'm wrong and this isn't the case - looking forward to being duly corrected...

I've got an idea: why don't we all lump together, incorporate our own mineral discovery company, go find a plot of land somewhere in Africa, say we've found a sh*t-ton of graphite, issue millions of shares to any old Tom, Dick + Harry to raise some cheap finance and dilute the company considerably in the process, pay ourselves a very hefty wage, then all go on the p*ss across some of Africa's finest resorts and bars on the company card for the next couple years? Then after that we can apply for a mining license which should keep our shareholders interested for another year at least! Then once that's granted we should probably start thinking about working on things like finance/off-take agreements (even though we could've actually got this sorted over the past couple of years... YOLO LOL)... A job for life!!
Sounds fool-proof if you ask me...
(Take me and my limited knowledge with a pinch of salt - just getting a little irate after being here a few years and seeing very little progress other than a rare vague 'announcement' or 'report'! Would have expected further news updates by now in light of the considerable amounts of time available pre-license-approval. Shoddy if you ask me. Hoping I'm proved very wrong by a positive RNS imminently... happy to look like a clown... everything crossed... GLA.)
Looking a little closer now... lol
10p is suddenly looking a very long way away...
One thing I really can't get my head around at this point is: who the heck is selling at this point? We're potentially at the cusp of the most major news and price action in the past several years and people have the nerve to sell. Mind boggling.
If I sold out today and the mining license was approved over the next couple of weeks I would never live it down.
I'm hoping these bears simply have more money than sense. GLA
The bit that got me regarding the presentation was the caption 'Our premium high quality #graphite WILL have an important role to play in powering the green energy revolution' - maybe I'm taking it a little too literally but to me, 'will' suggests these chaps know something we don't (misleading + manipulative if not).
Coupled with some long-awaited activity on the ML portal, I couldn't help but top up with a few more thousand shares. GLA
Nobody buying, nobody selling... the calm before the storm let's hope. GLA
Much appreciated.
More favourable figures pointing our way IMO, particularly in light of the fact ACP's NPV is only based on 1/4 of the resource.
Hold tight.
Thanks for the update jsd71, hopefully the stars are aligning for us also!
Any idea what Blackrock's mine value is estimated at? TIA
2 NDA’s regarding project financing? Say no more #holding
#Justice4Piler
Not sure what to make of this but I do find it rather odd that she would choose to resign in the lead up to the company’s most game changing news in recent years? Surely she’d want a piece of the action? Hopefully just an insignificant coincidence anyway. GLA
You raise a good point there cneighbour, I agree. As you allude to the timeline suggests this is no knee jerk reaction and depending on his average price, may quite simply be a case of profit taking and holding the remainder of his shares for a risk free ride on license news. I’m sure many of us given his situation would do the same!
I must add that I understand the figures and timescales don't match perfectly but it is certainly at least one possibility. GLA
Building on what Dambaba1 just kindly stated, it appears that Kabunga recently bought another $0.6 million worth of shares in the company he is Chairman of - Volt Resources - as part of a $3.6 million capital raising. The ASX announcement concerning this was released 19/02/21 and would explain the RNS today.
This gives me confidence that this is more of a case of him prioritising his own interests than a case of being 'in the know' and possessing insider information regarding Armadale Capital. Just my honest opinion.
