I thought arbitration was supposed to be a quicker and less gruelling process rather than the alternative of going through the courts? The process was started some time ago so hopefully will not take too long. The obvious compromise is a 50/50 split but does arbitration mean that one side will end up have to pay 100%?

I’m as sure as can be that the plant will be up and running. We have a great resource, a 90% completed plant and a vastly more competent CEO who has place his reputation on the line. For the money that has been spent so far it would be ludicrous not to spend that bit more to get it to production. If it does not work first time fine tune and get it up and running the second or third. It would be like buying a Rolls Royce and finding it didn’t work due to a faulty battery. Would you scrap it and waste all that money or would you spend a little more and buy a new battery.

Then we have the added bonus of having options. As ACKER said some time ago do we raise a little more til revenue and go it alone or do we go for a JV or buyout? Any thoughts guys

I must admit although it’s done everything to the letter apart from one or two delays it’s been the most lack lustre shares I’ve been in. I have started selling with small profit little loss but very disappointed. Not blaming the Kodal team apart from lack of coms. Hope it works out and the SP becomes realistic

Any charting boffins on the BB. Has Prem got/ showing some resistance at .02? Just keeps dropping back but always up and down to almost the same points

Hopefully a very good week ACKER if all the placement shares have been mopped up and we have a clear run to production. The current SP will be dust if all goes to plan. I’m seriously thinking about buying another 10/20 million for good measure. I’m sure I’m missing something but with GH so determined to push this over the line it seems a no brainer.

Hi guys. So what happened on Friday afternoon. One minute I looked and 25% up then looking on close 3.75%? Not that I’m complaining’ anything in a positive direction is good. It seems we must have one or two big plays watching to boost up by 25%. A good sign for when we get up and running.

Hi guys. So when do you think we can expect the fourth shipment? Am I right in thinking this is a milestone shipment and that we might start making a profit. When do you think we may hear about the arbitration? I thought that part of the reason for arbitrage was to expedite and resolve a case quickly and save money instead of going to court

To be honest every day I watch the SP dance up and down then remain the same or negative I think of selling the lot. I’ve built up a considerable steak that’s done nothing with smaller amounts in shares that have gone up 600% in the same time or less. I just can’t figure out why it’s reacting so poorly to the most positive news unless manipulated. I guess arbitration does not help and based in Mali. The only thing that holds me back is the thought that eventually the SP has to make a move and I know it most probably will as soon as I sell

Well put ACKER I agree. Graham Hill is hopefully our salvation. I’m hoping that all is up and running in good time and a JV signed and sealed. I hope at least to make my original investment back and fingers crossed a bit of profit. Anyone have a ball park figure of where the SP may land if all goes well 1/4 of a penny 1/2 a penny a penny?

Looks like market makers are trying a last ditch attempts at tripping investors out before the April update. Saying that if the SP does not do something favourable on presumably good news I might trip myself out. It’s like waiting for test results. Your hoping that you have the A*s only to be disappointed realising you miss read the question and all your research and squatting up was wrong. If only it was just a test and not my hard earned cash at steak. Fingers crossed onwards and upwards. Come on Kodal give us a golden egg this Easter (or a little after due to the Bank Holidays)

Howard- I totally agree about monthly runs to let us know the state of play. As we are part owners in the company it’s only fair to let us know what’s happening.

What is going on with this stock? Milestones hit into production and awaiting third shipment yet the SP is bottoming out. Why don’t investors like it? I know it’s not in the best location geopolitical wise and we have arbitration with Hainan but overall it’s all looking very positive. Am I missing something?

Asher7 I’m on the same page. I think with GH at the helm we are defiantly heading in the right direction and have a good chance of getting to production in the not too distant future. I have increased my holding two or three times to make my money back and hopefully some profit. Where do you think the SP might go when we reach production?

Hey guys. Im one of the unfortunates who’s long been trapped is Prem/Zulu due to a certain persons incompetence mentioning no names…. I was just wondering if anyone had any views on potential outcomes if all goes to plan, plant up and running, JV on the horizon or potential sale? I’d kind of written off the investment but Graham Hill keeps me interested. He seems to behave making a difference in the right direction albeit painful with another dilution. Is it worth investing more on this? Where might the SP end up if all goes to plan? Is 1p fantasy or are we looking at fractions of 1p?

Just to through my pennies worth in I think there should be an RNS when $20 plus million hits the company bank account. I think each shipment should be acknowledged. It’s the evolution of the company to its next milestone and should be used to help the SP reach its true potential. I’m an investor, a part owner in the company and want to see it do well and make money which at the end of the day is why we’re here.
