I don't agree . The investment in Lloyds shares is no different to ant other investment. Your argument is saying that investments are better for the BOD.
Maybe you prefer no investments to be made with 100% of profits paid as a dividend.
Whilst the valuation is way below asset value , an investment in Lloyds is the better bet in my opinion.
