It would be good after the current investment is complete, to see the share count below 67 Billion - it is for this reason that I don't mind the share price remaining low whilst the investment is ongoing - I personally am in no hurry to see a 60p share price.
Anyone waiting on such a price will need to decide for themselves the timescale that it may involve, and whether an alternative investment in their view would be more beneficial.

Off to the 'Brown bear' now for some Sam Smiths stout - may go onto the 'Bankers Draft' after.

I am an IG shareholder - I am fully aware of how IG makes money, BUT if for example clients money was heavily skewed to an open SELL on Lloyds, IG may decide not to hedge 100% of the risk exposure.

Incorrect - it depends on whether they wish to hedge 100% or not.
They can also decide to take a risk position.
