it should be 4p + regardless - the buyback pot would be reduced before stopping a dividend payment progression.

I have held BHP (average 782p) and RIO (average 172p) for years.

In addition I bought Black Rock World Mining Trust (BRWM) on 11th August 2025. The share price since then is heading towards doubling. I sold some of my purchase resulting holding the remaining at an average of 83p

there are still over 80 million shares to be issued at some time in relation to historic block listings .

There will be no future block listings, but share issuances when shares in staff schemes are taken up.

Despite my being well up on LGEN, AVIVA has been a far far far far better investment for me - no comparison

Had many many years of UK listed companies being relatively cheap.

I said when the ftse was under 7,000 that 10,000 wouldn't be expensive - glad I kept low cash and continued with the purchases. My portfolio value has increased by 50% over about the last 12 months.

Could of course all come crashing down for whatever reason, but that wouldn't bother me.

Share buybacks are still going.

I waited over 3 years since my last sale at about 2550p to reach my next target of £30.

I still have a good number of shares held at under £10 - would have to go up quite a bit from here to tempt the next sale.

I have cancelled that order

A few at over 3040p - without future purchases. I may not sell any more as remaining shares are held at a very low average.
