In theory time can run out to spend the full amount allocated if there was a situation of a continued steady rise in share price during the rest of the year along with not high volumes. which would result in fewer shares being purchased by the algorithm - probably unlikely with a reduced spend and the yet to be revealed car finance conclusion.

The market determines the market cap valuation of Lloyds not a reduction in share capital.

I have never have and most likely never will invest in an Aim stock.

This is the only Aim stock board that I have ever posted on, and all because of simply wanting to convey the situation with MET1, to people who are not blinkered as I have been doing with my friends who got sucked in by a fake advert, and currently losing tens of thousands of pounds. I am guessing that a lot of other Aim boards also have similar scum on them - the type of people who would say anything to influence others for their own greed of wanting to make short term gains on the back of the gullible buying.

A 20p share price by the end of the current warrant exercise period in September could possibly put MET1 on a market cap of about £140 million.

What justification can you give for that sort of valuation bearing in mind that MET1 'assets' were sold to them for only a few million ?
