And a factually incorrect reminder for anyone that ACTUALLY understands the principals of finance (unlike magic) is that a conversion on debt into equity reduces to liabilities of the company and hence increases the net assets. You cannot deramp a share both ways. You cannot say concerting is bad but then seperatly Say the company has liabilities (whilst ignoring the fact that converting increases assets). I would assume that continuing down this path of false information you separately spread would put you in hot water.

The holding was reduced because I bought the shares below 0.20. Still hold 2.77% happily, it was selling 0.25% - I was just over 3% for a while. Jeez. I’m Very bullish RRR but have also taken a little profit to put into other investments. I remain a long term holder with nearly 3%.

I traded a debt portfolio of over €1bn for many years, and if you clueless amateurs think people would just convert a 12% cpn note at 0.61 if the SP is at 0.60 then you’re more naive and stupid than you already come across. Hilarious stuff. 1) you would need minimum 0.8/.9p for their to be justifiable market liquidity to even think of converting to sell. 2) people that lend money in convertible notes don’t just ‘convert’ to ‘dump’ and get out flat (gosh you really are simple!!). Briar - good post, and good luck to you. Things sometimes don’t work out for several years with exploration companies, but that post shows you’re a proper trader that can swallow it when you get it wrong. I do think there is a strong upward trajectory from here for RRR, but wish you luck with your other investments
