There been no news, legally can’t release anything because of NDA and you think the people selling know stuff behave yourselves they selling cause they getting emotional because the price is falling on speculation will be update with the Q1 and end of year report personally I think there is a sale you wouldn’t hire US, rockerfella not cheap, plus UK M&A specialist along with a PR specialist for a no deal if you can’t handle a price drop of emotional holders you shouldn’t hold any stocks personally I can’t wait to sell on the bid/offer DYOR

Simple there’s a dispensation rule in effect legally can not say anything until the review date mentioned in last RNS. During a strategic review much can’t be said as most information is insider information look at dowgate or any TR1a being filed for big sells…… oh yes there isn’t any, they’ve told everyone a update time frame just gnna have to wait that’s why the share price has fallen all the traders don’t want capital tied up waiting so have left and will be back first week of April when update is due

What news has dropped since the £8 that was negative only new was in January they said it will be in April normal M&A is 6-9 months for searches, also they have hired uk and us M&A specialist along with pr company and also has a dispensation rule in effect that’s a lot of fees to pay for a no deal situation, all institutions such as dowgate who have accumulated over 7% of company have not sold either, what we are seeing is a combination of market fear from Iran conflict and impatience from short term traders. If anyone can give some solid evidence as to a no deal being release please post but there isn’t any just market fear and uncertainty, all key indicators point towards M&A activity DYOR but havnt sold any and happily accumulating at these bargain prices for such an easy £12+ share sale in the next few weeks

People getting emotional due to the uncertainty and rather than wait for a bid/ no bid they taking any profits now. Spotify had good earnings up date:

Spotify racked up its highest quarterly net adds of monthly users to date in Q4 2025 — reaching a total of 751 million monthly active users, a gain of 38 million in the period. Its paid-subscriber count grew 10% year over year to 290 million, a pickup of 9 million sequentially.

Revenue of €4.53 billion in the year-end quarter was up 7% (or 13% on a constant-currency basis), in line with forecasts. Gross margin improved to 33.1% (vs. 32.2% in the year-earlier period) and operating income rose 47% to €701 million, beating expectations.

Only market I invest in when companies give out good news and strong revenues or earnings updates shares go down in value crazy mis pricing, a traders market for sure but gives long term intrinsic value investors crazy margin of safety willing to wait until re-rates bring great returns
