That article isn’t a very educated one. It’s saying btc will only rise due to 1.9 trillion package. Nothing to do with patterns, supply and demand , stock to flow, the new ii’s investing ect.

I’d also like to add I don’t see the sales taking months to be announced, the world doesn’t have time on its side with testing due to mutations ect. Everyday that goes by is risk for a new variant. The quicker govts buy and test people, the quicker they can isolate and reduce infections and maybe stop mutations. Months is just not gonna happen, this is weeks away.
