My view is that buybacks only make sense if the stock is massively undervalued because otherwise its just a neutral move. The money's gone as well remember. I think spending for growth makes more sense. Btw I've started looking at these. How undervalued do you think this company is? Any comments will be much appreciated.
This is a really strange one with such small float. If there has been a seller this should be good news as it should improve liquidity. Surely there should be a move to around 50p which is still very cheap.
Thanks Wayne. It's all in jest. Never take anything too seriously. I think it's just about patience here and hope the bod are doing what they say they're doing. Enjoy your holiday mate.
To the poster who keeps banging on about the lack of liquidity is spot on. But all I will say is that is at a price far higher than this. There is share value at £350m here meaning share price should be £2. Obviously it won't get there. But 8p? That's why I'm saying there should be loads of liquidity up to say 50p. It's just off the radar atm.
