Very happy for a quiet board tbh.
No-one knows but the judge.
He did say 'a few days' Tuesday/Wednesday I would guess.
This is going to take 2 or 3 years to get to a quid, don't forget that they need to fund raise too.
First of all, Amigo may still come good. There is a good chance the court goes in Amigos favour and then it *could* be liftoff.
But there also is a good chance the FCA win (some would say better than there was at the start of the week).
I recommend...;
- DO NOT put all your money in Amigo
- ONLY put in what you can afford
- This share is a GAMBLE! There are a lot better shares out there right now.
- DO NOT listen to anyone on Forums to make your decision - don't even listen to mine.
- At times like this, you have rampers. Rampers will say;
'This is the time to buy'
'Do not miss out'
'It will never be this low!'
'£3.00 in months!'
'I bet JP Morgan are buying all these low shares!'
'This company will be taken over and will make us all rich!'
- Derampers will say;
'The company will go bust'
'It's game over'
'Sell now, the companies going to die'
THE ONLY BIT OF ADVICE YOU SHOULD LISTEN TO...
DO NOT INVEST MORE THAN YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE!
Advise on what?! He is just another shareholder.
He has the same information as you.
I should be happy as I recently picked up 12 million shares but something ain't right here....
Dump must be coming, but I hope. itsnot!
Why do you need Vinson? He doesn't know anything more than the rest of us.
Just has bigger pockets and a bigger gamble.
@LTHcine why didn't Amigos QC respond?
'every avenue'?!?! This is the guy who said the company would go bust if the judge goes against it.
Yet they have over £180 million in the bank!?!?
Surely the question should be (if the judge agrees with the FCA), if the share will resume this year, let alone this week!
?
Do shorts even matter if the share never comes out of suspension?
This is not looking good.
@matthewn50 when in the group, you tap on the channel name and a 'share link' will appear on screen.
Does anyone have a link to the TF revenue? I'm struggling to find it online.
Or just google? Theres plenty online.
Everyone has opinions, but anyone who states they know EXCATLY what will happen are fooling you.
The only one who knows is the judge.
I am of the opinion that Amigo will WIN the court case and resume lending later this year but there is a very small chance that the case is either delayed and get pushed down the road OR the judge agrees with the FCA and the company goes bust.
As I say, I think Amigo will win but no-one knows for sure.
It will likely drop until Wednesday and multibag when the judge rules in favour of Amigo.
Of course there is a chance of Administration, the only person who knows for sure will be the judge!
I should add it's an extremely small chance but until next Wednesday, that chance remains (unless AMGO does a deal with the FCA).
That's why I think we will see small drops of 3-5% until the court case.
And then next Thursday, potential multibagger.
People are looking too much into the JPM shares (or maybe, looking at it this way as it suits them).
They are taking a punt.
The percentages say that Amigo will win the court case and the share will skyrocket. This is the highly likely income.
But if the court favours the FCA, they lose most of their money, but this is small change to them.
If they lose their money, they don't care, happens to them many times a year, but they play the percentages game so the likelihood is that they will make money here.
