This is the last day of the financial year. People who have shares outside an ISA are selling to avoid tax in the new financial year which starts when the markets open again on Tuesday. The same day in which we will be getting the financial update which PW has stated that the margins are 'ridiculous'. The SP today doesn't matter much at all to me. Just focus on Tuesday open when there have been 4 days of crypto buying and in which analysts are projecting Bitcoin to seriously move up. The biggest Bitcoin month has started. I'm very excited it.

They can always try to buy on Tuesday morning after the financial update RNS but I suspect it will be a bit of a higher price then

Argo is throwing some serious shade on the other miners with the green energy moves. This is bigger than most think. As crypto mining comes under more pressure about it's enviromental output; the 'green' miners will shine. And right now Argo is the 'greenest' around. What a brilliant move by PW.

No, Xenor. The placement happened a few days after the 3rd. It was not a spike due to hype. The next big move up will come with the financial update and bitcoin moving up.

Argo have with all new 4500 machines in use for the whole of March so I'm expecting over 175 hopefully seeing how good Feb numbers were without the extra machines and shorter month.

seethreeIPO. 4D went to Nasdaq through a merger. That is a completely different scenario. Then the listing would be on the site as it is a merger. Not the same for an uplisting regardless where the company is based.

SeetthreeIPO. No, the form would not be there. The Nasdaq application form goes directly to the SEC. Just check Bitfarm. There is no Nasdaq application form there either yet we know they have applied. Again, it is so companies cannot benefit financially from having a Nasdaq application in. It is kept from the public by the SEC until a decision has been made.

Well and again, Tiger/Eva shows they have no idea what they are talking about. TILS has always been listed in the US as they are a US company.

And comparing a small pharma company like Tils that do not have drug approval to Argo is simply mindblowingly silly.

With Nasdaq Argo would have a big boost in volume and availability to investors. Plus the fact they are already outmining both Riot and Mara. Oh and are doing it with green energy. Back to school, Tiger. Try again.

That's been the case for a long time.

iangibbins. We are in the minimum 'results period' from the first day of eligibility to apply to Nasdaq. Bitfarm applied at around the same time as Argo qualified and they have been a little naughty by saying that they are in the final process with forms. The rules are that a company are not allowed to say that they have applied for Nasdaq until they get a decision from the SEC in order not to sway investors. Otherwise every company under the sun would 'announce an Nasdaq application'. We know that PW is working hard on something at the moment and there have been several Nasdaq hints. We also know that PW has stated Nasdaq is a priority. The financial update is due in a few days and we may get more than just the financials as Argo seem to always add a little extra. Hopefully in this case it's a big extra. In any case there is one thing that we know for sure and that is Argo have Nasdaq as a priority and are working hard towards it.

Whimax. The title of this thread is "FDA approval" and several people are writing that it has been approved. I'm just stating that it hasn't. I'm not splitting hairs. The FDA have allowed one patient to use the drug under the Individual Patient Expanded Access Program for unapproved drugs. The NHS have a similar program. The P2 trial for MS will be later this year and full approval can only be given after P3 is complete. I hope it helps the patient but it must go through testing before approval.

Individual Patient Expanded Access Program is for unapproved medication to be given under compassionate use. It's not FDA approved yet. We have to wait until the trial is completed for approval. The UK have a similar arrangement for unapproved drugs to be given to certain patients. Great news about the shares finally coming though.

Umm. This isn't FDA approval.. It's compassionate use for one patient over a 6 month period. Let's not get ahead of ourselves. This is not linked to the trial.

Good to see I'll finally get my accustem shares but keep in mind it's not FDA approval. It only covers one patient which will be monitored for 6 months.
