Any chance you could tell me the city mate?
Why bother with all this, admin could of been wrapped up months ago. Least the temporary freeze gives us the time to get a deal together, shows the bank are listening and playing ball, and AGR are still on the table. We could just prove a few people dead wrong here a pull off a deal. Good luck all.
which city is this GS trustee you speak of?
Small flicker of hope
Cubans aside no one knows JACK - myself included, its all pure conjecture swaying to which ever side you currently sit regarding your position in max - yes i try to see the positives here as they are limited and its in my interests too but its also clear as day to spot my nemesises or opposite numbers, end of day who cares and what does it matter or mean? Answer = ZERO As what will be will be this is out out hands, admin, dilution, or new deal - we can do sweet FA apart from wait and see. We can all massage the facts and figures to suit our own agenda, but again what does it matter? but if it makes one feel a little bit warmer and better inside then dont let me stop you. Good luck all - i dont want to see anyone lose money here or anywere for that matter.
Still playing cards close to chest, wont drop a hint either way other than discussions are ongoing and they will release any info as and when available.
Glad we could be of some help to you, in helping you see the light
We are in the hands of the lenders and authorities, we know the risks - thank you for pointing them out though. But its a pointless exercise, as no one can do anything either way. You might be right, you might be wrong- either way we will all know soon. And nothing you or I speculate can change our fate. What will be, will be.
He is right, max is dead. This is a salvage operation, in the hope we can just maybe get a bit back. Nothing more nothing less
Yes bought more just before suspension, know the risks, but if they do a deal i think the purchase will have been worth it. Time will tell
Who knows with mad max! But i must confess to feeling more confident as time goes by... Other companies have had similar wait times to acheive the postive outcome with funding sorted. If it was simply admin i feel they would of wrapped the company up and handed it to the receiver long ago, certainly around 5th March when the tax bill was due. The suspension could even be working in our favour at present, as no one can sell up, the big players already invested will surely be most focused to try and save max and salvage there investment this also goes for the kazak government who get ziltch if max cannot agree a deal. So all will perhaps try that bit harder to strike a deal. We was around 2p in dec 2014, pumping roughly same barrels as we are now (minis the hiccups) same level of debt, etc.... Of course the world oil price dropped the AGR offer was taken off the table and the share price tanked.... Now with the debt on much more favourable terms, new money invested from agr, a new strategy and perhaps finish nur-1 - one could argue max will be in a much better position should a deal be struck, not just better in the fact they survived which is of course good, but in fact worth more than the 2p of dec 2014 when we had the issues, which could soon be ironed out in the new deal... Plus oil has crept back up from sub $40 to circa $70 a barrel , can only help discussions and our balance sheet. 2-3p upon retrading if its a decent deal agreed.
Could something be happening behind the scenes?
Are selling oil cash on delivery as they have no banking facilty etc
Sick of pestering him myself.
Imo..... Admin would of been finalised ages ago if it was happening. Hoping for 1p upon retrading, with finance funding sorted and hopefully a new strategy
A barrel ... Creeping back up. Can only help discussions with max
In favour of deal imo . Could easily see 1p on relisting. They were offered 1.64p in december with the same debt pile as we have today!! Upon relisting we will have 38m investment, improved debt pile terms and a new strategy .. Perhaps including finishing nur-1 could see 2-3p if the strategy is good
Continued......
Wouldnt give anything away, despite trading being suspended the rules around market sensitivity still apply. All i could get from him was discussions are ongoing, and he appreciates how frustrating it is but as soon as there is infomation it will be released to the market.
