AGM 'Raise The Questions' Opportunity17 Oct 2021 17:45
Hi,
I am a long term holder of this stock, and check in on this discussion forum from time to time to keep up to date with developments, informed opinions, etc. Many thanks for all the people who take time to post here.
Whilst there are some very helpful discussion here, there can also from time to time be heated debates on issues and questions that people on this board could not answer, but vent their frustrations here as they have nowhere else to go to for information. (Some issues raised, or questions asked, have be brought up a number of times over the past couple of years.
With the Falcon AGM to be held on 12th November would it be opportune to use the AGM as an opportunity for a member of this forum to ask specific questions of the Falcon Board . I am no expert on AGM Protocol, but if a list of questions were submitted in a timely manner (Per AGM Governance) to Falcon, then we may get answers to recurring questions / criticism raised on this forum.
Submitting questions in advance would be the right thing to do, so the Board could consider their reply in advance, and could therefore give a more meaningful answer, rather than questions coming out of the blue at the actual AGM. (I don't know how long in advance these might have to be submitted).
If this approach was to be taken a member of the forum would have to collate the questions from the other forum posters and then send on to Falcon, and also attend the AGM - vis Conference Call.
Whilst I have raised this suggestion, I definitely would not be the right person to do this as my knowledge of the subject matter would not be sufficient to properly represent the views, or raise questions on behalf of this forum.
Finally - this is simply a suggestion - if it gets traction - great, if not- so be it. Regards.
