I would think any partnership deal would be dependent at least agreed stats before FDA submission being met, but all of those at least seem to be going in the right direction. The problem/ reality is that of the free float [ approx 116 million shares ] 25 million are being shorted which are mostly held by institutions so until news breaks that can not be ambiguous in it's interpretation to suit the agenda of those doing it, the institutions will continue to exploit the situation it's how they make all the money they do, by being in control. The retail investors are lucky to get the crumbs.
