Thanks chancers, I just lost phone and g connection again, I think I am visiting the 20’s. Jambon I am west coast of Scotland, don’t get me wrong it’s beautiful. Chancers I wish I had the get up like you regardless of age! Think I will go for a limit for ASOS until Friday, just don’t fancy a 20% superdry drop, that has spooked me!

Should I sell ASOS with a £10k hit today and buy talk, I have a bad feeling about ASOS and on holiday so would only put a limit order on for tomorrow anyway, Thoughts welcome! Boo heading south again maybe into the ones by next week.

Morning everyone on holiday this week, west of Scotland it is brass! Reception is poor so enjoy the week good fortunes to all and fingers crossed for Wednesday!

Best thing to do imo, walking 3 miles is great a day over a good few months build up to running those 3 miles, start with running to a tree/lamppost/corner then walk to the next one and repeat for your whole walk. Over time you will be able to run round it, great excercise. Eat breakfast normal portion size, light lunch and a light tea. Don't be afraid to eat make sure you have a colourful plate when eating that will cover 5 a day, drink 2lt of water a day. If your guilty pleasure is a mars bar or a packet of crisps still have it but have a mini version. Don't be hard on yourself when you have a bad day and remember you are human not a rabbit. If I was to follow my own advice.......

Should have taken my own advice with randgold 8% increase, never mind. Joe talk sat at 109/111 for weeks so still room for going lower, 116 is a good daily target price then rinse and repeat....in normal trading times!

Joe I am down about 12/13k should have bought randgold this morning up now over 4%. Anyway there is an rnr thing out on ASOS could someone have a look at it and try and explain it to me. I think someone is buying 4% but not sure? Thanks in advance.

That’s unlucky Joe, it just keeps reminding me of the sinking of boo but worse. Anyway enough negativity from me it will all work out in the wash. Time for some gardening.

I agree chancers boohoo will drop further and with them it could be down to 170’s again. Asos is a week today chancers should go up soon.....
