I would say the funds are set aside to complete mill, but could be raise for general running keep lights on but may be a real struggle after last placing disaster as not cleared 0.055p placing price yet and may need to run on fumes before another one guess its a game of which comes first Permits, Jv copper, revenue $$$$$ with a mcap 2 mill not a lot of wriggle room now .

Kuwait Energy Egypt, ("Kec") as the operator of the Abu Sennan licence, has notified the Joint Venture partners that drilling of the ASD S-1X well is expected to commence over the coming days, using the ECDC-6 rig. This exploration well is the final well of the 2023 drilling campaign and is targeting an un-risked STOIIP estimated by United at c. 10 mmbbls gross across multiple reservoirs intervals, including the primary Abu Roash-C and Abu Roash-E intervals. The ASD S Prospect has been de-risked by the ASD Field, located ca. 2km to the north, which currently produces oil from the same primary reservoirs that are targeted in the well. The well is expected to take ca. 40 days to drill and log, and if positive indicators for the presence of moveable hydrocarbons are seen, the well will be completed and tested.

Jamaica was always a free carry for uog on first drill Collibri for 50/60% dont forget 38 mill $$$$ spent 3D cpr by Tullow and us so risk is fair 50/50 split in my view

The other option mentioned on investor meet was instead of equity placing they could leverage the debt with BP to fund a new project as they have a strong record of paying off amount and ends very shortly with BP

Also noted was a diverse range of offers on Jamaica from private equity funds to small / large oil gas companies just sorting the best match for Uog

B.L. had a lot of respect and praise for J.Leather saying it was J.L.s call to leave the company and will be very hard to replace but we still have him on a consultancy basis to help where needs be so very much still aligned with uog.

Very bullish on Jamaica and knows not a lot has been rns about it so far but we will start hearing a lot more after commercial deal is struck

Still looking at new projects but probably need the money from Maria sale to do it without a raise.

investor meet yesterday B.L. said no equity rise needed or placing to cover Egypt drill costs this year or capex , could only see one if they were to invest into a new project but at this stage not likely.
