Up she goes. Here's the herd
Once in awhile you find a game changing share. There aren't many but they do exist. The rns was at 1115 am. The herd will arrive, but I'm holding.
But I'm in. Has a good smell about it. A good tech company can make a lot of money...
Listed.. Lol
With reverse takeover would come dilution, but still huge upside no doubt. Jack bai would obviously want a good slug of shares in gst before he luated his golden egg...
Exciting times... Often small investors lose out in pump and dumps etc, but occasionally they win big...
As per the tweet, it seems gst is on lse not Aim. That would seem to make it an attractive vehicle for listing their block chain, through the back door of gst.
The tweet says..

We are proud to announce that our founders Mr Jack Bai and Mr Shayne Tan has been officially appointed as Executive Directors at LSE Mainboard-listed GSTechnologies Ltd. We’re bringing #Blockchain to #Fintech and #LSE. ??
Came late to the party, bought in at 0.95. But going well. My thinking is, even if this isn't a reverse takeover, which it may well be, someone with Jack bai pedigree is going to change the company. If it is a reverse takeover, I really wouldn't want to be out... These types of investment can be life changing. I was lucky enough to have some in mining stocks in 2008. OK I've risked some capital, but if I lose it, its not the end of the world. I'm going to hold tight now and see where it goes. Market cap only 13m I think, so its still just a little bit bigger than a tiddler... So lots of headroom...
Super happy to top up at these prices with divi. If they manage to hold this 15 percent yield it will be great investment. Also gives me something to do when stuck inside ??. By the way guys I don't mind anyone expressing doubts about the future sp. It's entertaining, it can't affect the sp like it could with a little minnow, and everyone is entitled to their view. If I had listened to the gloomsters I wouldnt have just lost 1k lol with second last purchase.. But long term this is a good purchase regardless.
Almost 14 percent yield... Its a great price but I'm a bit burned on my purchase from last Friday.. Lol. Plus if covid really rampages through the USA it really could fall more i guess.
Stepped in for a few, great yield. But must admit it could have further to fall, in the credit crunch it went to 1400s. Hopefully opec will sort something and we'll get a bounce. Otherwise will keep for divis.
Cpo price is really flying.
Just bought a few for my pension sipp. Even at the higher price the market cap is still only around £9 million. I can afford to wait and be patient with these as I can't access pension funds for a few years!
I was chatting to a friend who works in overseas development yesterday coincidentally. He knows agdev (who have large stake in dekeloil) and he rates them very highly in terms of investment skills and their due diligence. They're apparently really on it! I have to say I was surprised to hear that I wasn't expecting it. I thought theyd be a governmental quango type of thing. He also said palm oil is a really hot sector now. Its massive growth area. Used not just in food but also cosmetics, which I hadn't appreciated. Their isn't really a readily substitutable product. So we are in the right sector at a great price. Hopefully it stays low to be honest until I can afford to top up outside my sipp.
The way I see it, is with market cap of £7 or 8 million the whole company is worth about the same as a posh London house... That's not expensive when you think it can generate profits of £1 million or more quite conceivably. Its not a tin pot mining company with nothing but a licence in its name.
I understand the frustration of long term holders. It's true that even if the company does well the market can stay irrational longer than we can stay solvent! Having said that, value will always come out in the end.. If the fundamentals are good the sp will rise for sure. Ultimately the prospect of a divi will see to that. If prices go to 1000, and the sp does not move I'm buying with every last penny....
Yes, up again. Tempted to top up...but trying to resist.
"Potential to generate revenue of over $US60 million per annum (at 30,000tpa)"
That's really nuts!! Anyone any ideas on profits at that level? The presentation doesn't say...but you'd have to think a couple million $ surely?

slide 8 - they get a 7.5% premium to international CPO prices. Prices over 580 today for first time in good long time.

CPO now over 580...
I'm not up to crunching the numbers fully, but logically higher sale price is going to help a lot. If they can return to profit on palm oil, or look like they might do, I expect the sp to respond. And they also have the cashew project squirelled away - with a significant buyer for all of the nuts already lined up. Seems they have finance for forseable future. Out of small cashews grow big oak trees or something...
Palm oil price increases must certainly be helping the company....
