Correct. The excitement after the Downing Street photograph has died. I am happy to admit that the DS photo led me to purchasing several more million shares as my excitement went through the roof.

But, I am still convinced that we are all backing something remarkably special. It will take time and as already mentioned by me I am not a patient person.

The RNS stated that production for Cummins is expected to be substantial.

Another RNS outlined the production volumes for Evage.

DGI will, in time, start to create turnover and profit. The potential is huge and success will be achieved.

Back to the photo, something will come of this. I don't think our BOD put this out there with nothing to show for it.

I am still hopeful of another RNS before Christmas.

I just wish I was armed with more knowledge i.e. 25000 units for Evage - how much will DGI earn per unit. I would give my right arm for that knowledge :) - well maybe not.

Maybe optimistic on an RNS this week regarding Gov Grant. I’ve no doubt jumped the gun on that one however, I don’t think you go to downing street for initial meetings on this stuff. I think you go to finalise and sign off on agreed deal built over several meetings and discussions. I may be wrong. I’m certainly no expert in that field.

Ironic to me that only days after the meeting at DS they do a raise and state publicly that it funds the business until Feb only. Nothing like applying a little pressure to the decision makers on grants. We’re a UK company with astonishing technology but hurray up cos we can only keep the doors open until Feb 😄😄😄

In 2025 Alexander-Dennis Group including Plaxton as well as WrightBus and Optare will produce approximately 3000 new buses for UK roads. ADL currently buys its batteries from Impact Clean Power Technology in Poland. Large grants are being released into the bus market as they move to electric across their double and single deck fleets. DGI will surely have an easy road into this supply.

The opportunities are endless. The scope for refurb and aftersales is endless. The technology is so advanced and the results so appealing that everyone will be talking about DGI.

I wish the results were now. I wish I were rich but this is part of the journey. We’ll all have an amazing story to tell one day.

Also, the additional shares I purchased more than once this week will be worth more than 100 times what I paid in less than 3 years from now.

I think we’ll receive a positive RNS before the week is out. I think we’ll receive positive news regarding the visit to DS - a grant is surely being agreed.

I also think positive news about a deal with Cummins and a production order will significantly change the SP overnight.

I believe this management team is exceptional, highly respected in this industry with first class technology to sell to industry leaders who they will already know through their time at Tesla and through other ventures.

I don’t do well with patience in life but I am comfortable and confident that everyone of us can rest easy with these guys in charge of DG’s future.

If you’re like me, and most will be, life is flying by at an alarming rate. Before we know it we will be half way through 2025 and the picture will be far clearer than it is today. We will be privvy to so much positive news and real opportunities.

I am very confident in the excellent team leading DGI. These guys succeed in everything that they do. They will succeed here too.

They knew what they were getting involved with. They know the challenges and know how to overcome them.

I read this update when it was released. I'm just not knowledgeable on who would be interested in purchasing this etc.

I've not researched the battery anode yet. Admittedly, I know very little about it.

I know its up to me to do my own research but if you have any information to hand that you could sure to educate me it would be greatly appreciated.

I suspect we may have a flurry of RNS' coming our way this week.

It would be fitting that the first RNS comes out on the 11th December confirming that the paper work has been signed off on the Evage JVC. A good 2nd RNS confirms a £10m government grant :) and, finally, a 3rd RNS confirming a production quantity and start date for Cummins. If all this happens it should be a super Christmas for all investors and the wheels of motion can finally speed away.

Guys, do you think the aim for DGI is full production in-house with factory setup or will DGI always license out its technology for license fees and/or royalties.

Obviously, they don’t have the capital yet for full scale production but do we think that is the aim?

Someone just sold less than £1 worth of shares and the share price dropped by 10 percent. Earlier, several buys in a row and the share price hardly moved.

What am I not understanding here???

How on earth can a sell to the value of £3.48 send the share price down by 10% from £0.00084 to £0.00075. I’m really struggling to understand this.

DGI is torturing me 😄 The best thing I can do is stop checking this everyday and forget about it and come back to it 2 or 3 years from now. Utterly soul destroying stuff.

Is anyone in the know regarding the 25,000 units per year with Evage? How much will DGI make per unit?

Quick question, does anyone have an opinion on whether or not there will be a reverse stock split with DGI? If for instance, the share price doesn’t increase the way we would all want it to would a reverse stock split make it more attractive to new investors.

I hope this doesn’t happen.

Devastated. I sold out of Glencore the day before update to put it all on JD. I think I’m down about £6k

In total, £11.5k wiped off my value since labour were voted in.

Many amateur mistakes made by me since then but I learn from them.

Personally, I think JD is a solid business with a great model. The price is way too low. I think there has been a horrendous over reaction not once but twice this year.

I’m holding these for the long term.

I don't want to embarrass myself however, I need to ask and perhaps someone can educate me - for the past 4 business days the volume of shares bought far outweighs the number of shares sold so why is the share price not rising? If someone buys it goes to about 0.0007 if someone sells it goes to about 0.00065 regardless of the volumes i.e a buy goes through for 5m shares at 0.0007 then someone sells 100k and it drops to 0.00065 etc. Why is this?

I’ve been trying to buy more shares all morning and a message appears stating that the transaction cannot be completed because no shares are available. This has never happened before.

Is this normal?

Staylong, do you know if anything is happening with Brist or Base? These collaborations were set up back in 2023 unless I am mistaken. Were these not also specific to the Pareta Motor technology. Is it possible once the prototype is signed off by Evagae we may see orders come through from not just Evage but also Brist and Base?

Was yesterday’s £25m shares transaction a confirmed sale? It still shows as unknown.

Each to their own but I cannot understand why anyone would sell that much at that price when everyone is expecting a positive update within a matter of months. A positive update with news of a sales order could easily triple the share price. I don’t get it.

I am certainly no expert but I assume the next 12 months are do or die for DG Innovate. Would I be right in thinking this. If they cannot take this technology to market next year then it will probably never happen.

Also, does anyone have any inclination to what values is expected in terms of orders from Evage?

I have been looking for a statement from DGI's new CTO Pierre Pellery but haven't found anything substantial. I was hoping that a statement from an ex-Tesla engineer championing the technology as market leading etc would carry some weight and bring some additional attention to DG and its share price.

To be honest, I have bought too much of this share. I have gotten carried away a great deal. Hopefully, in a few years time I will not be saying this and will put this investment as my greatest ever decision. Until then, a great deal of my investment money sits a little dead.

I hope for some excellent news in December regarding a solid purchase order with a large customer. I keep my fingers crossed.

I still don't fully know the potential of DGI or the timeline for success.

I am new to this forum. I have read all of the messages on this thread and I appreciate everyone's input and knowledge.

As an investor in DG shares I am excited about the future but I am also niave. I have little experience in dealing with shares at such low value however, I see the opportunity here and I am excited about the future of this company.

My question is this: Can anyone make a prediction on where they think this share could be at in 5 years based on all things going well? Is 1p success, or could this share breach £1 etc.

I understand that nobody can predict the future but I think there are bright minds on this forum.
