Because the raise was not at a silly price all things considered. Getting favourable terms on financing on AIM is almost impossible and the capital raise was a premium to Aprils share price. In the last two days, GEX and HE1 for example have dropped 10% and we have dropped 25% with enough working capital for the prized asset. The bank account balance before was tight and now we can look at moving sagebrush forward ourselves without JV and also we have the option to increase percentages on Vecta drills if the opportunity arises. If Billy Goat does not hit, what would the share price be? Lower. If Andy waited to raise until the outcome was known there are too many variables. So in actual fact hes done a bloody good job all things considered, if you don't appreciate it, you can cut and run.

Its not hedged on one drill though is it. The hedge is on Oz assets. The company builder is on Vecta and the company maker is on Sagebrush and coyote. The timing of the raise was sensible and now we are covered for the majority of eventualities.

Again a complete waste of time, nothing has been discussed in relation to consolidation. The company has bigger priorities right now. Like finding helium.

Personal view- Andy could have cleared the bank account completely by upping percentages on the other 4 wells and now he has flexibility to do that if and when needed.

It also means that sagebrush can be expedited. With a higher chance of us being able to develop this ourselves rather than a JV.

This could also be an opportunistic raise off the back of an exceptional run in SP.

If this wasn’t taken advantage of, or the price was on the .02’s or 0.03’s then we would be looking at a considerably higher dillution.

Damned if he does, damned if he doesn’t. But ultimately he has to put the company needs first, ahead of his own- payday at 0.077 remember, and ahead of shareholders.
