To be fair, to have one company/ institution Tom come in for the placing and draw down is a very positive sign. Given the prices for the drilling campaign issued in the prospectus, we should have enough to get us through the initial drill now with the draw down facility. Not many new shares, as it stands. It could have been much worse. So next step, it would be nice to get a named drilling contractor- and/ or jv drilling partner. We will wait and see. But we have been derisked a bit today and it has been weighing on the share price for a while now. Onwards and hopefully upwards.

We have just hit 10b shares traded since placing announced, depends if they are in sticky hands or not. If they were all hitting the market it would be nearer 30b shares traded. Quite a way off if they arent in sticky hands

Yep, until I had a feeling a placing was needed, and I think, unless mistaken, one has been announced this morning? Trading action has been clear as day.

Apparently it is because Georgina is registered in the UK. However I have known other instis registered abroad that wouldn't disclose unless over 5% so I guess we wont know in the short term.... until they hit the market

What by stating that institutional holders that are not UK listed have a disclosure position of 5% and every 5% thereafter means I don't hold. Good one.

Not really concerned by that, the offtaker will be paid in advance anyway and that can be forwarded to GEX, but I dont think we are in a position to fund it in the short term, no debt facility and I cannot see institutional taking part in a placing at the same price as retail. We could also be in for a 50% dillution. Shame it wasnt a rampy rns, could have helped all parties. Silly really

Dysmons, the placing wont come until the drill permit is here, so its 6 of 1 half a dozen of the other. There will be a rise before the raise. Understandably so. Different prospect once the permit is with us. At last.

Thought it would be 30 days of enviro surely.
