I don’t think there will be a takeover, personally I would have thought we would have been approached by now. As already said, why pay more when revenues start coming in and the share price is a lot higher

Could there be a delay for mass rollout from GDR as they offer the training but can’t get enough people to train for a quick rollout? Could hinder the speed of progress if they only have 4 or 5 trainers for the whole of the uk

Has anyone actually tried communicating with their local NHS trust? A family member of mine is due a baby soon and I’ve asked them to speak to their neo natal unit about the test and whether or not they are planning to get/offer it

There is an unfortunate excuse and that is allocation of funding. The pressure will come from parents who want this test. I know that right now if I was expecting another baby I would demand she be born in Manchester hospital for the test. I know NHS trusts will feel the pressure to get this in asap from parents but it’s whether or not there is funding allocation for it, as we know, NHS trusts aren’t sitting on a gold mine. The other positive though is that it should save them money. Hoping for a quick uptake here to be honest
