There was still hope we might have sold some POC tests which is why the share price was what it was. They also said they would need to sell them in order to be in a financially good place for full release of AIHL. They failed, so the share price is exactly where it should be. Everything has changed popeye, not nothing….

Carlos last time he released the POC during a massive wave of covid and the share price shot up due to interested parties, Letting a lot of the disgruntled shareholders out before the AGM. This time he has dangled no carrot and the share price has been decimated, very different situation.

But will there be enough of out to vote him out before then? He could do a raise now and dilute the share heavily to get an II in before the AGM so he doesn’t get a majority against him.

Garonne it’s because David budd has failed on all his previous products and investors have jumped ship and he has lost almost all faith that GDR can make this work. That’s the reason, he has created such a poor sentiment because of his long list of failures, he needs to go at the AGM before he spends another 200k of what’s left in the bank to pay his bonus.

Well now the CFO will have something to do. He’s only had to count 50k worth of sales.

We would need to vote for it though Carlos, I certainly wouldn’t vote for a low ball offer, I’d rather wait for NICE to come out and then happy to vote for a decent offer. We need to remember most share holders are well underwater so I doubt most would vote for a low buyout and force David to see other financing options

Yes Roger feb is the month of reckoning, it’s just a matter now of how low this will go before then so as they say squeaky bum time till then. Praying the SP holds but with absolutely no short term investment opportunity and uncertainty around finance I can only see reasons to sell between now and end of jan and no reasons to buy.

My only thought Roger, this is a high risk purchase without nice. It looks very unlikely that AIHL won’t be written into guidelines but it is still possible. I can’t see anyone buying this until it’s written into guidelines. Once that happens then as you say all bets are off! But can you imagine if you spent 30-50 milllion on GDR and then NICE don’t write it into guidelines? GDR would be basically worthless.

but what about all the rampers who said 29p was cheep and you would be mad to sell at that price and when the share price for over 40p? also i got my 29p after genedrive was on the news and it has done nothing but decline below that for 7 months. Trust me if i had an opportunity to sell out of this dog i would have, along with pretty much all the investors at my level. I dont need to talk down this company really, david budd and the BOD do that themselves, and i dont want you to buy what im saying, i couldnt care less what you think. We have had 2 trades today, the market is doing all the talking for me.

another new ramper Choochie, I am more than entitled to be negative and slate david budd for his poor performance. Nothing any of you write will stop me from slating them as they have given shareholders nothing to look forward to in the short term having FAILED on POC. They have to be held accountable for this, AIHL and stroke will come good but this doesnt mean that all the failures of the last 3 years. Raising Millions (over 15 million pounds) of our money to develope the POC and Cov test to sell NOTHING. Get your head out your back ends and take a sniff, saying this is worth 100million even next year is absolute rubbish. Why invest now when news is due next year? you guys write absolute rubbish.
