The BOD with decades of fintech experience and one of the best law firms to not get into the sandbox with a ‘thorough’ report and the sandbox testing plan sounds pretty poor to me. Why all the misdirection? With resounding words like ‘principally’ and ‘potential’. Even the most experienced people get things wrong and when your underwater people will do anything to get out with the likes of a placing which on Twitter they put rockets next to, all to dupe PIs. The BOD is in trouble and you are all going to say I’m wrong again but maybe just maybe I could be right again this time? Guess we will see what the market does next week.

Especially so soon after the loan facility was cancelled. It just doesn’t add up. Also with the dangling carrot of potential acquisition, people have been played here.

I think the BOD will bury their heads in the sand now. They got their 750k to keep them going for a while and will pop out again for another raise/dilution to keep their salaries. Directors have left, placings made, delays after delays. Poor corporate update. 5 bad RNSs in a row, torrential rain and thunderstorms here and can easily see the SP decline continue in the short term.
