2021 report after September placing Raphael Chiah Chiu Teo who EMS was sold to had 207million shares but it nots on page 49 of the report it was being held in vidacos nominees so I was bummed out see page 49 in link. https://data.fca.org.uk/artefacts/NSM/Portal/NI-000032643/NI-000032643.pdf

Teo is listed on his own but with 100million less shares and Vidacus is listed separately, I think he has sold his shares to and institution who either is citi group or someone else.

For me im seeing Vidacos Nominees Ltd as either a bank building a stack or foreign investment. the Wealth management arm of CITI bank was bought by HSBC Bank China, We are see big numbers now IMHO.
