Manifesto would it not be possible they needed the money to make a quick acquisition as stated? They will be generating revenue but maybe they just couldn’t wait for the revenue to bring in the numbers and had to act straight away. What we do know is its 6 months and we know they were accepted in before june.

we would have to get an RNS if it was delayed by another 3 months, so we know knews is due after 6 months but the 6 month timeline is the absolute latest.

Considering they had their application reviewed through the sandbox application and was suggest BY the FCA to go through the pathway programme i would imagine that thought they had a good change in this process and considering 6 months + had already been spent on the application and would like to think 6 months wasnt necessary but means we could see an answer any day as we are already pretty much 5 months in and if you take our progress into sandbox 11 months.
