Yes would it not be better to buy Helium one directly once its on LSE for 2 P, rather spending 7 P now on this share to get One share of Helium one

So let us put maths correct:
Say I buy shares now at 0.03, 236X0.03 = 7.08 P I get one Helium one share for 7.02 P , where as Helium One open price is expected as 2 P, this means on each share I make a loss of 5 P.
