Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
I see RJ had another nibble yesterday, 115k
Not sure if that was £115k or 115k shares........either way its more shares in sticky hands
I hope we make significant progress in our target markets and SP prior to anyone swallowing us up. This time next year wouldn't be so bad
I don't recall saying it's taking too long but thanks for the advice marik ; D
: D
It most definitely is a share for me, been a holder for a long, long time and added to my position this week.
I'm just a realist and bringing capacity online is a very slow process, as has been proved to be the case.
Yes we are selling but to what extent, we do not know.
Don't get me wrong, I would love for us to have revenues close to your estimate
"I'm estimating profit from Affidx will be in the region of £150m-200m per year for the next three years or so"
Firstly we need to get to that 2-3m p/th capacity (slow slow process) and then we need to sell at that capacity before we stand any chance of reaching higher. The price of tests is coming down and the market will be flooded with quality LFTs in the coming months / years.
Yes, with APAC and HUA, high revenues are indeed possible but without........steady revenue
Subjective but handy
Always a shame to see the gains of a previous week begin to retrace. Our time will come......
Ooooo I saw it briefly
I remain Cautious on the first point (capacity doesn't = sales) but Optimistic on the following three ;D
Thats Timster's job!
Two huge ifs in this:
"So as of next week (or whenever #ABDX's growing stock can be sold), assuming #AVCT can sell all that @mologic
and @Abingdon_Health can make for it... at that £1 gross profit per test mark, then #AVCT becomes cash flow positive"
IF we can sell anywhere near capacity and has the profit margin decreased due to the market being saturated with LFTs (Ok, one IF and one HAS ;D)
Indeed. 37% of sales in 2020
Currently GAD at 1m per/mth but didn't mention if we are indeed selling at capacity
Their contractual agreement may include a clause that forbids any approach / offer
Spotted Euan Blair's Ed Tech start up Multiverse valued at £646m! Wow
Not long before our next update, 31st Oct I think
I'd be reasonably happy with 1.7p on your 71st
I do love a 10% day.......Leak!! ; D
Unfortunately I think we will remain in this current rut until elective surgeries in the US maintain momentum and perhaps we get through winter and see the lay of the land. Come back in Spring sadly IMHO
Sleepy: "a half decent RNS which will surprise pessimists dissappoint the rampers and hugely encourage the realistic holders"
This is the way!
