Not scientific, but I have had more friends/acquaitances, who have had more sever reactions to the vaccine, that the number and severity of those that have had covid.

Underlying conditions + covid = covid.
Underlying conditions + vaccine = underlying condition.

I would far rather sit next to a person who has just tested negative for covid, than a person who has is carrying a vaccine passport, and NOT been tested recently. Vaccines, have not been shown to stop catching covid, or transmitting covid. It reduces the symptoms, and thus can even make transmission MORE likely as people will not experience symptoms when infected, creating the possibility of superspreaders.

And exceptions, make the steps meaningless. Air travel, with the current measures, is already one of the smallest of the clusters. The money wasted on this scheme would be far better spent on hospitals, and nurses.

What ever happened with caring for the vulnerable? People who cannot take vaccines, are now being re-classed as second class citizens. All because people who take the vaccines STILL do not feel safe.
