It does, however, go some way to explaining the price fall which should now react accordingly.

Testing MOU1 & 2 and announcing billions of cubic feet of gas might take the sp to 20, 30, 40p and become very attractive to a larger entity who might buy enough shares to force a takeover at the higher end of that range. Whereas if we test all wells, including MOU5, and announce trillions of cubic feet of gas, the sp will be considerably higher and the ‘potential’ forced takeover is ended, or played out on a far higher plain.

I remind myself that the founder has a significant investment, as do the Prime Minister and King of Morocco.

My simplistic view only.

Having read MrNinja this morning - thank you - I just called II and 'insisted' they execute my Bed & ISA with some urgency, they were reluctant as they claim the prevailing price doesn't matter, which of course it does (volume of shares at 10p verses volume at 20p etc). They called their 'Global trading team' whilst I held and the transaction was completed immediately. The lady I spoke to was very helpful but they really didn't understand the need to expedite.

Looking at the shares traded at the end of the day (not reported) I think they will all show up this morning.

If the big buys are MM trades, would there not be a corresponding sell?

It is simply that if your trade price is closer to the bid than the ask, the computer reads it as a sell.

Just over $3BILLION if you add in Trinidad.

There could be any number of reasons for delays and little point communicating (at cost) if there is nothing to say, or, it just might be beneficial to release a torrent of news in a very small time frame . . .

Synergia continues to hold meetings in India this week with the potential joint venture partner (the "Farminee"), particularly in respect in finalising the farm out agreement and joint operating agreement. The Company and the Farminee are aiming to execute these agreements in early February 2024
