So did Sanderson somehow acquire 14% of XTR and not actually pay for those shares... so that 14% holding has had to be sold off ? (hence all the 500k trades ?)

Those trades are back coinciding with the MMs shifting the SP about.

So that's another bit of worthless guidance (detailed hard rock report by end of March). Omnia plant ready for processing non FB hard rock last year... yet another bit of worthless guidance. Alluvials to last 7 years but now all done this year... another guidance gem. Anyone else get the feeling that XTR is just a vehicle for Bird to raise funds to benefit his other interests ?

Have we (XTR) not paid for exploration drilling that then gave BZT confidence to go ahead and acquire 30% ? Bird has basically sold us how good Kalengwa was and how much potential it had but then acquires 30% of it for BZT ???

Just so long as XTR shareholders don't end up footing the bills whilst BZT benefits ? hmmmm.

If it is a raise then Bird clearly knows his guidance has been economic with the truth at best. Why no revenue from the Omnia low hanging fruit ? Why no revenue from non FB hardrock that we were led to believe Omnia would be processing to give us revenue ? If Bird is doing a raise in lieu of the promised revenue streams then it hardly is putting shareholder value as a priority is it ? I just hope its something else. Why has he gone silent regarding the detailed report which was due last month ? As always with Bird so many questions and too few answers. Maybe JDAU will point us to a RNS that we have missed lol

I cant remember which one but didn't Bird say in one of the media presentations that IF he got the timing right he wouldn't need a fund raise ? Was that his way of telling us he wouldn't hesitate to do yet another placing ?? The mind boggles if this is indeed what is happening.

It does feel like forward selling of a placement. If so those in the loop would have to know the placement shares will be below the prices we have seen ? Surely if this is the case then any guidance we have been given regarding HR revenue or sale to MMP is not happening. I wont be best pleased if so.

Could be some ISA stuff but the 500k and 250k have been happening for a few months now.

If there were more of those 500k sells to come then surely we would have seen a few into the firming price ? This really could be set for take off now if the seller is out.

Some nice steady buys today. No tick up would suggest that maybe the next 500k sell will soon show ?

Be interesting to see if the SP was lifted to fullfill those 500k sells only to be dropped again tomoz. If the SP holds then something good may be about to happen ?

H5O... despite my reservations about Bird I too think this is a buying opportunity not to be missed. Regardless of whether or not Bird's priority is shareholder value the SP could multiply several times. Im not selling and more than comfortable to hold at these levels.
