I understood that it could be 2026 before we get further payments. If you're right about 12 months the deal doesn't seem too bad.

Thank you for your analysis RodneyT.
I'm a longterm holder and losing more money on HUR than I dare to think about. On the face of it this complex offer will increase my loss so I'm prepared to put my 100,000 shares against a no vote. I'm looking for a spoonful of jam today, not in 3 or 4 years time. And even then not guaranteed.
