If they did take it private i agree news from the core results would be taken into account. Imagine if they released the take over now at .56 Then 6 months later released some information that valued sula at 2p. 0_0 I other question is it easier to raise capital for further drilling and production as a private holding rather than a listed company. For a project like this?

If any large buying has been going on we should see an updated holdings rns in the next few weeks. Reply to questions on Thursday will be interesting. Especially if all the links and players could be explained. An update on the iron ore situation would also be useful, with the change of name to sula gold, kind of implies they could dispose of the iron ore project.

Hi MW I think you are spot on with your comment, have been trawling the net to look at drilling company and the other shells can find nothing. But did see a yellow 3 wheeler outside an office shack.

Having read all the posts, i still think something is happening in the background. As no extra share were purchased, persons involved can not been done with inside trading ( ref core results ) But why do this, all my years of trading i have not see a move like this so near to a RNS. Does anyone have a precedent.

Thank for the replies and info. I was just a bit nervous when i saw the movement of the shares for no apparent reason, but to the benefit of those involved. I see a positive future for Sula with a sell of of the iron ore asset to the chinese neighbours when the time is right. We will wait and see, also with news coming from the cores within the next month i guess, should it not be a closed period for directors etc. have a good weekend all.

next week there was an offer / buyout for SULA to take it private for example, before an RNS of the core results was announce. is this allowed... particularly if the core results were very positive?

It is now only a few weeks until events across the UK will start. There seem to be no new contract wins, only a few renewal of existing. So unless some RNS flow in the next few weeks, my guess is the ZZZZ could be permanent..
