Yes it does seem strange they did not name the buyer, perhaps they are one of the investors looking at a future JV, and they have asked for a NDA.

why the price was dropped, nothing to do with Video or company. It was MM needing to fill orders and had no stock, can see this happening again, going to be a choppy few days.

I was caught out as my stop loss was triggered, managed to get back in but also banked some of the profits.

From the vlog today all positive we just have to wait for the RNS to drop, my guess is Dividend followed by asset sale.

The price of 2.95 normally referrers to the UT trade between market makers at the end of the day. This will be shown as the last traded price on most brokers sites. Todays UT trade is not showing yet.

So we crossed the 50m value into Mcap. My guess order are being filled but we will not see these to later in the day or after the bell. That will drive the price for the next few sessions. GLA
