All these people are new... new money and new hype. Hopefully RR won't do what it usually does. But that tends to bring out the derampers... saying that I haven't see kitty since before the pump.... said it was going down and was buying lower..
Some wild numbers being thrown about, I don't think this is going to moon just yet, too much uncertainty re covid etc. Itp sale and further positive trading reports will be needed.
I have a large portion of my portfolio on rr x3. I'm not selling but would like to add more.
So it's a toss up of wait for a pullback... when ever that may be. So it could go up and miss the boat for a decent rise or get in now to see a small rise then a decent pull below current levels. I'll wait to see what the pr8ce action and news on the forthcoming week first.
Obvious the news is leaked with such a large contract... with so many involved ... of course it would. Hence the big rise. Its wether rr can sustain this good news and if this contract is now priced in. The sentiment of the USA putting a large contract in RR hand is a huge vote of confidence and potential further work coming RR way is worth a large SP rise but to what extent and if the contracts keep coming in.
Be wary of buying at these levels, just have a plan ie topping up. I wouldn't go all in if your starting or topping up now
Where have all the derampers gone? Not a uttering lately. Forum was full of multi post reasons why this was going into the ground.
No doubt if they were right we would have heard a lot of I told you so...
Let's hope they bought in at some point and wern't too jaded by the big spike.

Looks like l&g had about £35 million exposure to the Chinese property company Evergrand. If it collapses L&G may get its name mentioned, not sure if it'll get a dip. Is that about 10% profit for the year? Prob won't lose all of it
Not an official statement though so hopefully wrong.
********According to Reuters, Zients had told the US Travel and Tourism Advisory Board that the Biden administration does not plan to ease travel restrictions. However, contact tracing will be helpful when the restrictions are lifted in the future and when people all over the world will be allowed to enter the US.
“We are exploring considering vaccination requirements for foreign nationals travelling to the United States,” Zients stated.
No official statement has been given on when international travellers will be able to travel to the US. However, it has been suggested that EU travellers may be banned from entering the US until the 2022 midterm elections.
Not surebif this has been posted already, says possi le USA opening to EU travellers November 2022!!

Best Regards,
GraniteShares Europe
I know a few use and dip in and out of these. When using X3 RR etp, does anyone have a definitive answer on wether charges are administered.
Trading 212 say only stamp duty would be applied but when pressed on wether granite shares administer the fee by ways of stock price reduction they said it was possible.
Granite shares actually state on their website this is how the fee is administered. The fee is 0.0136% daily
So 14p interest (rounded) a day on £1000 . A year £51 interest.
It doesn't sound a lot but over larger amounts it can add up... anyone know of a definitive answer as I'm still waiting on granite to respond.
Many thanks

Why are there so many saying there will be a RI?
Because the loud minority sold their shares and want to buy back cheaper so they insist on saying it over and over again so new buyers are scared into selling even though RR have already indicated they have funds to whether a downturn for the foreseeable future.
All I can say is, ignore them, I wish they would stay quiet but in their heads the winning strategy is to get this board to sell, they must think that this forum has the buying power to make the difference... but atlas, the whole of RR lse forum are small fish and wash with the waves.
So please stop with the RI FUD deramping already unless you have some decent proof to back it up with. It's getting like the yahoo forums in here.
