I can understand why some shareholders could be really aggrieved to find themselves in this present unenviable situation particularly when it looks like they might lose all of their money!!

Without going into all of the ins and outs and as confirmed by the present exec some of the previous executive did not wrap themselves up in glory.

If you revisit some of the old RNS starting August 2024 you can see that some things just do not add up. I would love to see Lenigas Evans and Lunn in a room thrashing all of this out.

For me I could never understand how the company could not access the company bank account after Antons untimely death.

I could not understand why Tom Evans walked away.

I could not understand how Mr Lunn had sooo much power.

I could not understabd how a shareholder "Jesse" could not be given his share certuficate for the shares he bought at 12p?

I could go on but I won't as it appears to me the present Exec seem to be slowly but surely getting a firm grasp on the situation.

Once the PPP is back trading again and generating some "Texan" oil revenue hopefully in small bites the picture will become clearer.

I have waited this long and I can wait a little longer but of course I have no choice tbh!!!

I hope the shares are tradeable soon and I also hope the executive buy loads of shares.

Nice post.I bought in here as I thought the rise looked unbelievable and then I read how polite everyone on here is and it reminded me of my BRES Investment so bought some!!

Have any of the LTHs here posted a summation of where we are and why the rise has been so prolific. I can see that LTHs are still buying and also not many seem to be reducing their holding.

I invested into ONDO for a long term viewpoint as I thought their leakbot product in the USA was a cast iron cert to do well. Never mind Europe AND the U.K. When we were around 40 I thought here we go £1 later this year. Well got that wrong!!!

Now back to break even. Sooo sad.

London, 22 July 2024 - Pennpetro Energy PLC (LSE: PPP), advises that Huston Texas based drilling contractor, J&J Drilling International LLC, have now been engaged by Globalvision International U. LDA ("Globalvision") to start in early August to work on the oil wells in Gonzales County, Texas.

Pennpetro announced on 17 July that it had signed a Heads of Terms ("HOT") with Globalvision International U. LDA ("Globalvision"), whereby it plans to buy all of the shares in Pennpetro's subsidiary in Texas Nobel USA Inc ("Nobel") in exchange for a life of asset currently estimated at around 30 years oil sales revenues through a 12.5% Overriding Royalty Interest ("ORI") on the Texan oil wells - City of Gonzales #1 well, Chalk Talk #1 well, Chalk Talk #4 well and Whistling Straits #5 well in Gonzales and a 10% profit share on any other wells drilled or developed within PPP's 2,036 acres in Texas.
