Zlochevsky buys a Ukrainian gas company from the British

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has agreed with the Cyprus company Burisma Holdings Limited to purchase more than 50% of the gas supplier "Astroinvest-Ukraine" owned by the British Cadogan Petroleum.
The relevant decision was made at a meeting of the Antimonopoly Committee on April 18, reports Interfax-Ukraine .
"Astrinvest-Ukraine" (Zinkiv, Poltava region). It has been supplying gas to Ukraine since 2006, owned by the British company Cadogan Petroleum, whose shares are quoted on the London Stock Exchange.
In 2014-2016, "Astroinvest-Ukraine" also engaged in importing gas to Ukraine from the EU. As stated on the company's website, it has established close cooperation with resident companies in Germany, Switzerland and Poland.
Burisma Group carries out exploration, extraction, performance of service and sale of hydrocarbons. The beneficiary of the group is Mykola Zlochevsky.
The group is controlled by "Esco-North", "Cube-Gas", "Pari", "First Ukrainian oil and gas company", "Sistemoulinzhiniring", "Nadragaz", "Aldea-Ukraine", "Burysma Service", "TechnocomService", "Nadragazvydobuvannya" "," Gazoilinvest "and" Naftogas-industrial geology ".
As previously reported, Zlochevsky sold gas to the companies of President Petro Poroshenko and his entourage.
