Why would they release news when they don't even own the project yet? I think you are putting the cart before the horse. Darren is very conservative by nature and will not release exploration results until a meaningful body of work is completed. It will take many months to do the work, so don't hold your breath.

Thinking the EGM date needs to be announced soon or they will struggle to get the Abra deal done in August as planned. Or is there something else in the works?

The Runruno project started in 2011, if that's not a slow burner I don't know what is! If Abra gives us a big copper project, then that's likely to take years to get setup and running and also be a slow burner. @Tygra, you very much like to set yourself up as the only expert in the forum here, I for one don't buy that and dislike your condescending attitude. I read and take into account many opinions on here, both positive and negative. PR about the Abra project (other than confirmation of the EGM) would be premature as we don't own the company/project yet.

Suggest the forum stops bleating about the lack of PR in this company. PR without results is meaningless. Just let Darren get on with his work of building the company. Share price will improve with results. Remember miners are slow burners. Suggest if you can't accept this that you move your investments into something else.

Very good news, I'm surprised the price is not up:

1) Somebody made a mistake on the loan agreement and it cost us some money. That's business you pay for your mistakes.

2) We are getting rid of a problematic (some may say crooked) shareholder at a very low price.

3) Existing shareholders get the upside of RHL stock going into treasury.

4) Darren Bowden is freed up to work on our future projects, instead of being tied up in legal wrangling.

Give it 3 months and this should all start showing in the price.

The price of stock can be moved by a single large buyer or seller at any particular time. As retail, we have no way of knowing whether a whale is in the market until after the event. That's why Buffett is always in the market, he knows that over the long term he rides out the peaks and troughs. But remember a stock can remain irrational longer than you can stay liquid. You are reading things into announcements that don't exist. The financial performance for Q1 tells you how well the plant/process ran. What is your point?

I sold 250,000 shares total, trades:

35k @ 11.17

4k @ 11

211k @9.6

I did a fill or kill order for the 211k @ 10 which was rejected, broker came back with a quote @ 9.6 which I accepted.

To be honest I was surprised to be able to unload my entire holding in 3 trades!

Good luck, I moved the cash into MTL which is a much better story that is now debt free and delivering a strong cashflow.

Happy to admit I should not have bought into Galantas, my research was flawed, I believed Stifano when he said he had raised the cash to get this into full production in 2022. He lied, here we are in 2024 and he's not even talking about production. With him in charge this company is bound to fail. I took a 40% haircut to learn a lesson. But I'm now very happy to be out. The debt burden will kill them soon enough with no production.

I look forwards to it, I'll check back in 4 to 5 years time...

MTL does not mine in Korea and has it's own prospective new land bank in the Phillipines. MTL does not need a distraction from current plan...
