Crystal ball tells you the future, a prediction is based on personal analysis, two very different things. I don't have a crystal ball.

Stocks can fall without bad news. Did bad news drop this below a penny last year? No. It was a progressive fall with not enough news, buying and selling to hold the price. Open a chart, look at the past 2/3 years, you will be able to sus a trend. Trends are important and it can signal behaviours of MM. Here is an extract to help you understand price movements;

2023: Low in Feb23 0.26, High in Nov23 2.13

2024: Low in Aug24 0.55, High in Dec24 2.33

2025: Low TBC, High in Jan25 (so far) 3.63

I think that shows one side of the trend, like a said in my original post, organic price growth in a company usually has higher lows and higher highs, this has happened since 2023. Questioning a 40% drop is naive, last year we started off at 2.23 and lowed in August at 0.53. According to my calculations, that is more than 40% of a drop and as far as I recall, no bad news. 0.26 to 0.53, roughly doubling the low, I am predicting roughly the same moving average to understand the new low.

Of course GST could release monster news tomorrow which could remove the above theory, my analysis does not capture this, but I am not privy to insider information so predicting price should exclude this.

That's my logic. It's not guess work and as a LTH, im not deramping.

You got a crystal ball Aim Higher? I understand you have a lot of background knowledge in GST and being honest, I read it, its helped me and I value it - so thank you.

However, unless you can tell me for certain that it won't drop 40%, I don't think you have any legs to stand on to judge my personal prediction. I am not sure why it got your knickers in a twist. I seem to recall last year when we were sitting at 1.20/1.30, people saying this wouldnt drop below a penny, and guess what, it did. My prediction is based on the years of experience I have in trading stocks and understanding the behaviour of how they move outside the peak. I get some wrong, but I get some right. That's how it goes.

Winners on here? I am winning right now so at least you have that right, I currently stand over 80% up on my investment. If it dropped to my prediction, then I will just top up because I know when I want to exit.

@ Simonthezealot - strongly disagree that this is not looking good, it's looking fantastic right now. Holding strong above last years resistance level of around 1.15 which ultimately fell back to 0.65. No free fall in price since it hit 3.50, just a steady drop over the month, that is expected after a burst. LTH will have an average below 1p, looking great for them too.

Where I do agree is the new price prediction, not necessarily through a placing. I personally feel this could drop to 1p and form a new support level with new highs being hit later this year, above the 3.50p we saw in Jan, hopefully exceeding 5p. In 2025, there is a potential 4X return here.

Price does not move in a linear way, it goes on ups and down but when we dont drop to a previous low and when we beat a previous high, that's when you know the stock you have could become good. This is exactly the behaviour of GST i have observed since 2023, higher lows and higher highs.

The number of shares issued is staggering, 40 billion with a current SP of 0.019. I fully expect billions more to be issued as GR needs help sorting his finances out. I was in this for a while, lost 98% of my investment, I will never again go back into this company unless GR is replaced. People, you are not only investing in a company, you are investing in a leadership team and with PREM, its an absolute joke.

Who on earth made this title? BTC tanking? Are you mad? Just because it dipped under 100k USD? It is up 80% in the last 6 months, 130% in the last 12 months and you think this is tanking? Just goes to show the amount of drivel that is posted on these type of forums from keyboard warriors, point in time, agenda driven posters.

On GST, consider it like BTC. It will never grow up in a linear way, consolidation at points is super key to building long term value. Take the last couple year as a overview, in 2023 lows of around 0.4, highs of around 1.80. In 2024, lows of around 0.6 and hit around 2.80 before year end. By Jan this had gone up to 3.5p, fallen back to around 1.80, personally i think it could fall back to 1p but the next high I think will hit 5p. I see it two ways 1) you take the risk and you trade on the highs and the low 2) Be a long term holder. Personally, I have been in this since Oct 23 and the dip to 0.6 in 2024 helped me consolidate a good average around 0.85. Both scenarios would give return value with one thing in common and that is, GST potential to be a big big company is very very high.

You still holding trust in this guy? Did the last 18 months not teach you anything about Jonathan. Right now, this company is just a cash shell with a license in crypto. They have no exchange, no real assets that can generate money in the near future. This company needs to be acquired to have any chance, this is based on the info I see as of today and I have no idea what is in the pipeline, if anything. Ive learnt one thing in trading, the leadership team will make or break the company, regardless of what the company is doing, Ask yourself, do you trust the R8 leaders. I sold at a loss because i do not.

So difficult to make a decision on whether to invest or now. Anyone got a honest top level view on commercials + financials?

This stock is a huge gamble. They spent over a year trying to do a RTO, now they hope for some other sort of acquisition. I lost 30% of what I put in, i'm glad I got out when the option was available and higher than today's price.

Here, FOMO is a concept that does not exist for me. I just cannot understand how I would recover my money back anytime soon, especially with snails pace communication.

Only imvest in a company where the leadership know what they are doing. Unfortunately, that is not PREM. GR is a conman. There is nothing else to say about the situation.

He says a lot of things in my experience of PREM. It's a game of probabilities with this guy and at your own risk. Personally, my trust in him went to zero, hence I went out. Acker is probably GR too. The most rampy person in on this board, was convinced of 0.40 last year, look where we are. Do you own due diligence, don't trust people on this board.

Stop watching the daily buys, majority are traders and not investors. 25m buy here and there is meaningless if the company is in a massive hole financially.

Thankfully I sold what I had remaining at 0.05 a few weeks ago. This company is an absolute catastrophe. My parting was not to do with the business itself, more about how it is run and one of the worst CEO's I have ever come across. For context, my average was over 0.25, I have realised a huge loss here, I have no faith this will turn around anytime soon, especially with that man running the company. It is lies after lies after lies. Put it this way, I do not mind sitting at a loss in some stocks, so long as the fundamentals are positive, competent leaders and there is a good story coming. But here, it took me an unfortunate year to realise my capital is better placed elsewhere and I have begun the long journey to make back my losses. Thankfully I have made some good choices in the last 2 weeks, I have recovered 20% of my loss, if I had sat here longer, I would be down even more with no realistic route to recovery any time soon - just living in hope. Time value of money is real, every year inflation grapples the country, our investment value go down by that portion too.

Take a look at the retail offer, worded as if they are doing us a favour? I think it is criminal to word such things like that. Where is the money being spent? 250k to pay a tax bill, 400k to pay salaries and 180k to pay suppliers. What an absolute joke from a man, just 8 months ago who was screaming and shouting about having a first shipment. The plant has not run since last year, shipment is ages away, requires more and more capital to pay wages, taxes, bills, suppliers AND get this running. All GR is doing is squeezing every penny from genuine investors to compensate for his inadequacies. He should be brought to a tribunal for fraud based on the pathetic dealings he has done. How does the LSE not intervene in this, they are encouraging theft from genuine people.

I wish everyone the best of luck here, whatever your choices are but I would strongly encourage you to really assess when you will get a return back and whether it is worth the strain of your capital. Don't listen to any on this site whether they are a ramper or de-ramper, do your own research and make your own judgement based on your situation. Don't keep topping up for the sake of it, with this stock, it's basically the same as gambling with no return.

Anyone have a legal background here? Whilst I understand shares can be suspended indefinitely, especially if the reasons are not resolved, I am pretty sure Mode has no reason anymore to carry on the suspension. They need to either de-list or resume. The way I see it, the initial reason for suspension has been resolved. The last RNS states that the company is now looking into other acquisitions. That is a new reason and not related to the initial RTO. Why on earth does LSE not enforce the resumption, I would call this very close to fraudulent activities. We have waited through the BS RTO, over 12 months, now we must wait again for them to decide on acquisition targets? I am writing a tasty letter to LSE on this matter. Any input from on here could be useful.

I don't get why people are panicking. Commercialisation is all but confirmed, just need the revenue to be recognised.

Personally find it a bit of an odd RNS, why would you communicate the shipment, just communicate that the revenue has been being recognised, gets much more traction.

Either way, first shipment done, more to come. You only panic if you are a day trader.

You clearly think it's not a worthwhile company to invest in (your opinion, ive no objection), you made your own points on here and you celebrated by yourself by thinking you were right (that's your own call). I really don't understand what your purpose is going forward.

I can vouch for the group too. Not a scam, a very well run group where everyone is pretty open with there own views. 100% your choice but would be awesome to have as many genuine long-term holders in that group, we own a fair share of the company.
