Thought I'd, at a high level, put across my thinning on Prem. I'm sure there will be people who disagree, but that's why everyone must assess there own risk as nothing in life is certain, including tomorrow.
*GR has a habit of promoting excitement and most often the outcome has been the opposite. His most recent being that production will happen in Feb, well its now May.
* Money has been a major issues here, continuous placements with one last month being made that crashed price, again.
* Production IS inevitable, when it will be who knows but I sense the feeling that the removal of Stark has brought the reach must closer.
*GR is no fool, yes he is erratic but he clearly knows his area. Timing is not his thing.
* price has moved heavily in the last 12 months, mostly downwards and the number of shares in issues has increased a lot. This makes getting back to the price of last year, that much harder
* Cash flow is a concern and will continue to be one for a while. Even if a company had the best product in the world, without cash income, its pointless
* Canamax is a major partnership and given they are still here says a lot about Prem. Some companies would have been frustrated and left, especially bigger ones with huge bargaining power. Prem is a tiny fish for them
* the opportunity for the SP to be 1p, 2p, 5p is 100% real. The whole thing relies on production. You have chartists trying to study formations and blah blah, but news is important and so is production. When that forst shipment lands, there is income which means an opportunity to generate cash
* This is not Prems only venture
Feel free to add on any facts that provide reality. I'm really tired of some people expressing opinions based on emotions without laying out the facts of where we are today.
This is a hold for me, I'll sell at 2x or 3x but I'll only hold until q2 next week and until I reach that goal. Patience is key, if you believe you post, if you hate, that's cool, but your presence is not really needed of valued here. No one needs your help.
