This remains the worst investment choice I have ever made. I have no interest in topping up to average down, the best I am hoping for is to recover some of my loss, 50% of the £10k I had in here would do. If the future looks like i may get my other 50% back then i'll hold, if the ambiguity remains and GR continues to troll us with premature ejactulation like vibes, then i'm out at a loss. From 0.40 to 0.06 given we were apparently on the edge of a first shipment in Feb is catastrophic. I am just thankful I invested what I could afford to lose and an okay average at 0.25. Let's see how the next 6 months goes, I don't even bother looking at the price weekly anymore, let alone daily like some kiddos in here hoping for a 1% gain on a random day.

Newuncle - first line of resistance on the chart is 1.05. Once there is a clean break, the gap is up to 1.27. Thereafter, 1.35, 1.43, 1.49 and 1.59. In terms of downwards, 0.70 seems to be the bottom. Someone else may have a different view but if I was day trading this stock, those would be the levels I would type down.

Wow this is getting exciting ... this time last week we were sitting at 0.65 with a couple saying this is going down to 0.50. A week later, back to a penny with news still waiting to come in. Hoping that it is a big one! Been sat in the red for too long, close to moving to green!

Morale of the story, don't listen to people who are so convinced something is going down, listen the one the ones who understand the business fundamentals!

Disregarding the top on SP and solely focussing on what has happened, this news almost made me fall of my chair.

Anyone in manufacturing or engineering (i'm in the former), will know that in order to deliver these results in just 6 months is just formidable. Looking forward to hearing an update on the further tests in the second half of the year, 2025 really looks like it is priming for some good production numbers.

As Peter said in his statement, moving from R&D to volume is much harder than it sounds and honestly, the 6 months timeline in H1 has really blown my mind. I did not expect to hear an update like this on the tier one until the end of this year. I've literally repeated the first paragraph because I can't contain my excitement.

I've a lot of money in this and I often don't risk my money on flings (What Accountant does?), but I am grateful that this company has been on my radar for a while now and extremely ecastatic on where this is going.

Fraud Factory:

Yes WC capital requirement of £6m for an investing company. It does not mean that DGI need to raise $6m. Your narrative promotes the wrong message as always and that is my issue with you. I understand what you are trying to communicate but the way you do it is just raises concern.

DGI ended 2023 with a cash reserve of £1.9m & receivables of £0.5m - this can be viewed in the financial statements from 2023, page 48. To be more specific, WC is equal to current assets less current liabilities. The net of this in 2023 was $1.7m.

Now by time we get to AIM listing, the number may not be the same, but I do not expect a need for £6m of cash to be raised. I think if you are to throw around numbers, be specific. This is the rule, this is what DGI may need. I won't even try to guess what cash some is needed, but I am pretty confident it is not £6m.

My average is 2.06. Technically slightly up, but I agree, RTO pre news was drawing this up. How about yourself?

And to call me ignorant when I said I don't know exactly and I did desktop research, that's pretty transparent if you ask me. The only ignorant thing in here is you and there are a lot of people saying the same thing. Why don't you take your keyboard somewhere else, maybe someone may value the fraud you come up with. =D.

Did "Truth" just quote £6m to be listed on AIM!? Mate what are you smoking, do you know anything about markets? I'd advise to lay of the pot, it's not great from brain cells. A quick google gave me a value between £150k and £450k. I then went on to the London Stock Exchange website, used the calculator and got a price of £22k and an annual fee of £5k. Personally I do not know, but a small bit a desktop research and a bit of logic basically proves that you are the "fraud factory". And thinking DGI need £6m, not sure where you got that money. They said they needed money for 1) the JV 2) admission to AIM 3) to have a solid balance sheet. I highly doubt using simple logic that £6m will be needed for that. I swear the level of BS you come up with is just on another level.

I think the financial results, YE 31st March 2024, will be a good sentiment to understand the short term trajectory of this stock. Last year it was released on 31st July, but theoretically, they have 4 months (under IFRS rules) after YE to release results. That said, the movement feels like it could be linked to results and there is a lot more to anticipate this year than previous cycles. I would love to be sitting here at 5p, but even with really good results, I think breaking 2p and then 3p will be absolutely amazing. GLA, try not to argue too much with each other, we are all in this together and hopefully some well deserved rises are coming soon =D.

Had to rub my eyes a few times that it was an 8 and not a 6! Had not checked the price in a while. Glad to see this moving back up again.

Wado - I would have appreciated your desire to repost the statement, for what feels like the one millionth time in the last 3 weeks, in May. I think you are 2 months behind the news my friend.

One statement i think is really factual " someone that has thoroughly researched DGI to the point of visiting the head office, spending half a day with the inventor, had a full demonstration of the Pareta e drive train along with the other world class products, met all the key personnel and most recently attended the AGM where I listened to the presentation of Peter Bardenfelth Hansen followed by a one on one 40 minute conversation with the man pulling all the strings and 29% shareholder Christian Eidem"

I wouldn't say I 'listen' to you but one thing I certainly do is take your words as a basis for my own research and quite frankly, you have really helped accelerate my understanding of this company. From the information points you have provided, also using some data points from WH Ireland, I've been able to create my own DCF for 5 years - I won't share my predictions but as you say, this is a gem of company if you can build a 5 year strategic plan.

So yes, mid term looks really promising here.

Really interesting seeing what is happening with CPX. In the last 3 weeks, it's up 350% and today an MOU has been announced - could be a V interesting day there. 3 months ago it was freefall, then new structure is put in place and strong base now being formed. Perhaps some movement comparisons with DGI? I'm expecting it to when the MOU is signed.

I'm not too concerned with the drop - this is long term. I have the luxury of being in this stock since Feb and it has been really exciting seeing the news coming out, being 200% up, sold my investment and still holding my gains. I won't bother dreaming of a price high, I'm just intrigued to really see where this could go.
