Barnaby - I just double checked and it’s clear on page 4 of the oil capital conference slides. They have a clear right to a 30 year production license in the event of a discovery.

BPC can have a production license by right on application according to the terms of the extended license. That article would refer to the Bahamas extending new licenses to new entrants. Only BPC can currently explore and go into production as they are the incumbent IMO.
