The quality of the oil is good, they have tested and now drilling deeper for volume....
Have a good day everyone. :-)
That sounds a plan Garry!
Mea culpa... i was wrong.
Garry - no new Facebook members for now I read. Lockdown to stop the tree huggers getting in.
Bpc are watching!
Ps - was it good news or bad?!
Hi Bynari - Thanks for that and no surprise!
He set up a thread two years ago on Advfn (High Impact drilling...) and kept ramping Bpc. However due to the delays he got impatient and traded into 88E and must have lost a fair bit of cash.
That explains his bitterness towards Bpc.
The share price is poor I think we would all agree on that but to get someone like Prozac who is an amateur trader at best trying to educate us is very amusing. He could at least get his facts right about Bpc and this drill !
Good luck with your investment here... not long to wait now for results.
Page of Cups - thank you for being so patient with Prozac.
I gave up with the idiot when he assigned 30 cents to oil in the ground in the Bahamas. Yes, 30 cents. Bless him...
Cars - how much to abandon a well and lose the license?
All theoretical but maybe £3m was money well spent?
Changing subjects... if BPC drill this alone without a COVID outbreak that’s pretty impressive.
absolutely. I would guess half way or approaching right now?
I thought the rate was 200m per day so we are past the first target.
They will stop and test so you can’t simple divide TD by number of days to get the progress.
I’m working on the assumption they have hit pay zone and financing was progressed with LO to evaluate and drill deeper.
Just speculation.
Or they were involved in a big oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico and couldn’t get the farm in through due to further reputational risk... i.e. nothing wrong with the rocks.
They should be through the seal already on the Albian.
It’s a primary target, others are deeper in a week or so.
Good luck all.
Who's spreading rumours then?! :-)
Mr PageofCups made this speculative comment yesterday. It maybe true - BPC should be in the first target zone at least by now.
GL all... we need it !
Thank you Laalee!
The monkey story didn’t last long on here sadly...!
The tree huggers are pushing “no” the vote around the globe via Twitter. I noticed it last night... vermin.
Chops - in layman’s terms that says **** off.
:-)
We have plenty of oil drilling in our backyard and it provides a very good source of income!
The JR may actually work in BPC's favour.
A bond should be required at least for legal costs which will be substantial.
Secondly with B&V involved in the process documentation was drafted to international standards. BPC will be able to prove this and the EIA input in court.
Fred Smith gets a few more dollars in his back pocket and some publicity for a very weak case.
