Hi Guys,
I haven't had to read any news, is there any announcement from IAG for second RI as some of here are talking about?
I moved all my shares elsewhere (Easyjet, RR, Cine) yesterday for temporary if unknown things happened to IAG?

Remove the PCR test is big release for the travel sector as it is currently blocking air travel due to three reasons;
1. Cost is mad in UK (£69 cheapest at the airport and £99 elsewhere for arrival day 2 test)
2. Big headache with lot of admin works/time consuming (reading rules in Gov website is fun, finding places, testing and waiting)
3. Risk to travel (You can't come back to UK if you found positive before leaving from outside the country, so where you stay and in big trouble as you can't fly back)

I flied to France 3 weeks ago and it's 30 Euro for the test in France for the non residents before fly (Free for their own residents), and then I did arrival test at the Heathrow terminal 2 Express test cost £138 for both me and my Son.
I only stayed 5 days in France and about £200 for the testing for me and my Son in total, which was additional cost, biggest problem was that is big hassle. Also the passenger locator form etc is very funny as took hours to get it right via online and additional check at the airports for that too.
I had another two trips to German and Denmark this winter and cancelled after France trip due to all of these UK testing stuff.
I am going to re-book those trips again if they throw away the travel Test
for at least vaccinated people, so believe that's the same for many poeple.

And I surprise if SP down more than 3% at the end of the day, so I believe this will recover 2% up from current price for today...

Easyjet is too risk ATM, we will get more cheaper close to the right issue, but CINE have dropped without reason just for the market movement IMO.

@Mararab, I think IAG is held by the MM, Very strange not going up yet, should shoot-up anytime now. It's very cheep now according to the market and the travel in the future.

Price is down to before the vaccines roll out with Europe/USA/India were peak of the pandemic, so current situation is end of the pandemic and vaccination is nearly done in many countries and travel is opening up including this big news that US and EU will not get quarantine in the UK for the fully vaccinated, so my question is why is this held rather than moving fast to 220p/250p?

Yes, very high demand as everyone is expecting to go back to 80p+ in couple of days and then to £1+ by end of July.
Possibly 5% up every day next week...
I sold few batches at 67p and bought them back at 63.5p, need to hold from now...

Bought 50K shares yesterday under 61p selling some other stocks, and no surprise if this go back to 80p by next Friday.
Last 5 day drop wasn't any meaning as Cinamas are opening up...

No1Scarlet, I am in a same view as yours, the market should go up as people can travel with two jabs, which is a big improvement to the coming days and months to recovery for the travel sector, so why on earth that some people are selling.

I am assuming that big guys want to buy lower and controlling the SP and it's creates panic for the small investors.
But I still believe that we should see steady rise sooner than later so I am not too worrying and just stay away without looking at SP until we get there.

My first review at 220p as this can hit 220p next week. IAG demand is huge so I am not worry about small drop after decent rise from last week big drop.

Font: UK has the best education universities in the world, It's every youth dream to come to UK and study/enjoy and you can find any food in London and everywhere in the country that's why people love London and UK, and don't care the rain as have enough indoor restaurants and visiting places for the winter and rainy dates.

I love visit Paris as well and they are lucky that they have Eiffel and Disneyland, and also I love French wine always.

Afternoon Folky, yes, I fully enjoyed her speech. Government got wrong about the air travel restrictions.
They have to keep some local restrictions and open up business air travel at least for many countries with agreed protocol.
It's funny that they are talking about unfairness for the using vaccine passport, utterly rubbish in my view.

No point having vaccines (double dose) if they can't travel, if any country is welcoming, Millions of people are waiting for the business travel including me.
BoJo need to keep local restriction and Air travel in two different places, and open logic for the air travel green list rather than like PP's (Patel) secret plan.
