Should Cineworld appeal the court case within next 10 days as timeframe is 4 weeks after the decision?
Looks to mew that big guys were waiting for that, but this should lift up anytime to next recovery level as didn't see this flat price for while...

You see the travel sector is flying today so the leisure and entertainments sectors will follow later IMO otherwise it's very odd and not balance.

I think that we will get approval anytime for ODX.

There are currently no PCR test appointments available to book in England or Northern Ireland and no home tests available to order on the NHS website.

Appointments are available in Scotland and Wales.

PCR tests, which are required for people who have Covid symptoms or who have tested positive on a lateral flow test, were also periodically unavailable for parts of the UK on Monday and Tuesday.

People are advised to try again later if they can't currently get a test.

A record 117,093 cases were reported in England on Tuesday.

"No PCR" has been trending on Twitter in the UK this morning.

We've contacted the UK Health Security Agency for a response.

Gee4, unfortunately, I questioned and pointed what you are saying and cannot agree the reason and you are saying same thing.
One point I can make it;

Mooky is not releasing any update: I think reason behind for that is he is working on appeal and he cannot give all positive news and future prosperity about the company and income details from the movies etc... as then he will not be beg from the court saying he can't pay (lie) hence required to deduct the court payment etc... So he is in dilemma now whether to update investors or not and that is hurting SP as not update from the company.

Also I saw that mountanius has details calculation for the income from the Spiderman, so that looks debit and court case payment is not around 2022 as well, it means that company future is in good place too...
So why then the behaviour as investors should see the price is very low and easy to make money here...? What is the opposite?

Appeal - Though nothing more worse to come, only chance to reduce the pay, so why is that any matter now?
Covid - Is in recovery and many good news everywhere and that is the reason global travel and leisure is moving whole week so far, Why aren't CINE get Covid recovery?
Movies - Cinamas doing well, so shouldn't have any barrier for this

Is the debit holding this? then how this was up 16% when report released last month, it gives clear picture about the Debit? Everyone knew and so why only now then?

Is there a hidden factor or this is just the big investors put low priority for CINE and then why?

These sectors up around 15% this week not 5%, but Cine was down about 5%. This is CINE specific otherwise we should see 34-35p by tomorrow.

SP should catch-up before trading close for Christmas, so will hope some rise this afternoon or tomorrow morning...

Do you think that only Omicron or future lockdowns effect CINE only? my question is then how Travel sector is rising, and other leisure's also going up, e.g. Restaurant group, don't you think that CINE has different issue than other shares?
Why are we too much talking and publishing about Omicron and restrictions which we are trying to hide the real issue, it's effecting elsewhere as well, so we want to discuss what is the real issue here?
SP is not much depend on this forum as it's very much about big boys, so we want to discuss real problems than global issues.

What is the time frame?
If this is not rising now, then what is the reason rising next year? what could be the different?
